Love A&W, but my wife has not been so lucky the couple times we've stopped by. Her chicken sliders had pickles even tho we asked for none and the buns looked like they were literally torn in pieces. Looked like someone played frisbee with them before they made the sliders. They read the order back to us in full after ordering and when we got to the window yet still got it wrong. 2nd time we went everything worked out okay so we felt better. Then the 3rd time she ordered a hot dog combo and they didn't even put the hot dog in.... They just gave her the onion rings and fries. Overall it's not terrible but I think they need someone double checking these orders before they just try rushing it out the window. A little quality control and everything would be just fine.

i ordered a chocolate shake through the drive through one time before, ended up waiting to eat it until home since it’s not far from the location anyways and i get home and get a taste of it and its a strawberry shake. this has happened twice now! the first time i said screw it its fine but the fact that it happened again is unbelievable. i dont know how you can get those two mixed up let alone twice. was gonna call and complain about who it was that did it but decided it wasnt that big of a deal given its just a shake and if they can’t do their job right, i just won’t give them business anymore. absolutely unbelievable that it happened once. but a second time? i have no words to describe how frustrated i am that someone can’t get one thing right, let...

Daytime food is fairly fresh and the onion rings and cheese curds are always good. Evening shift orders are absolutely disgusting. The food isn’t cheap either so it’s a huge disappointment that all the ice cream orders were runny and not frozen ice cream. The burger was so greasy and not as stated in the description.
