Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sidney

My wife and I went through the drive-thru and came home to eat our treats. While eating hers, my wife bit on something very hard and that had no business being in her Oreo Brownie Earthquake: part of a human fingernail - complete with green nail polish. We were, to say the least disgusted. But what was worse was that when my wife went back to the "restaurant" to show the manager what was in her food, the manager treated her rudely, saying it was an M&M shell. My wife asked her to take a closer look so she could see that it was a nail. The "manager" told her no one working that shift had green nail polish on and that it was probably shipped to them in a package "or something." My wife did get a refund, but that was it - no "We're sorry about that" or anything of the sort. This establishment is less than a mile from our home and would have been a very convenient place to eat, but I can say with certainty that we will not...

Went here yesterday 05/10/22, ordered a dipped cone, hot dog with mustard & relish. Since the cone was melting fast, I ate it first, got on Interstate, so by the time I realized the hot dog had NO relish, I did not want to turn around. I was halfway to Piqua by then! I called them, told them I ordered relish, first said they have it in packets, so I looked in the bag, NOPE, then they said they were out of it, THEN they said they tried to "catch me at the window" to tell me. I don't think that's true, as: 1. I was at the drive thru window when I ordered it. 2. They should know upfront IF they are out of something, so A. Can decide if I want the item or B. Order something else. I felt I got the run around and they offered nothing, so I just hung up. I will go to Piqua's DQ, is much more...

We went through the drive thru this evening and had horrible service. I gave the lady my order and she repeated it back correctly. Then we pulled up too the window and the girl was very rude. She started hanging me the desserts without a carrier. The ice cream was melting over the cup already with no lid at all. Then she said have a good night and closed the window. I had to get her attention because we was still missing a dessert. She finally realized I was still there and opened the window and ask if I needed something. I said yes the chocolate sundea that I had ordered. So on the way home the ice cream is melting down the cups on too my seat's in my new car. I am so disappointed...
