Up the Creek Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Silver Creek Township

Been within 1 mile of this place for 2 years and never new it existed. Stopped in after fishing for a burger. We had the Flamin' and Black and Blue burgers. Burgers were great! Fresh buns the Flamin' was actually spicy and full of flavor. The Black and Blue had plenty of fresh blue cheese melted. Both had 2 thick cut pieces of bacon! We got tots instead of fries and they serve you plenty of them. No skimping!! Wish we would have taken pics of the food. Next week when we stop we will take pics.

The is a nice well kept little bar and grille. The service was good!

This will now be our destination after a day of fishing!!

Follow up, we went 7.3.19 and this was a complete 180!! The place was super busy due to live music. Which is why we returned. Service we would rate a 0! It could be very well that they were under staffed and over whelmed with the amount of patrons. We can roll with that if they would have told us upfront that meals were going to come out slow. One young waiter was really great to us but you could see he was just going as fast as he could. But TWO of the waitresses were absolutely rude! One waitress said nothing to us the whole time except when she brought out the meals. She never came back. We had to ask for silver ware. But like I said she never came back so I had to go get it myself. She walked right by us and we had to ask for condiments and she never brought anything back. 2 of our meals were the Chipotle chicken sandwich and Hawaiian Chicken. Both of them the chicken was rubbery! There was NO Chipotle sauce on it. When we asked a different waitress about what is the Chipotle part of the meal is when everything went south for our night. She was put off that one 1 stopped her since it was not her table and 2 that I questioned her about the meal. After that not one person on staff ever came back to ask how things were. We went and got our own drinks. We waited 45 minutes to get our bill.

Just had the blackened shrimp poboy and it is really good. Great service. Great Food.

Just ordered the broasted chicken special (Wednesday night) so good, very good. The garlic mash potatoes have lumps in them. YUM I love my mashed with lumps. They use real potatoes too. Good gravy too. Use to going to The Brass Rail in Grandy for broasted chicken. Up The Creek is right up there with it. The quality and flavor is tasty. I ordered it to go. Picture attached.

Very good and tasty food. Best food have had out to eat in a long time. Sauces made from scratch. Would have never known this place is even here. Literally in the middle of nowhere. But will be back forsure.

The shrimp appetizer and the chicken wing appetizer had a bit of a kick to it. Nothing over the top just a little kick. Couldn't taste much of my chicken spinich and artichoke sandwich. Very busy on a Sunday evening, which was to be expected. What we didn't expect was the incredible rudeness and outright malice directed at my husband, which we are pretty sure was due to the fact that he happens to not be white. One of the other customers was eyeing up my husband while we waited for our food, the waitress scoffed at him when he asked her for a drink (that wound up heavily watered down), and an extra toothpick somehow managed to find its way into the middle of his sandwich BELOW the top bun (so that it couldn't be seen without taking off the top, but could very conveniently stab him in the mouth when he took a bite). I've never seen this type of blatant racist behavior in my life before and was ashamed to have been in the same establishment as people who have such disgusting feelings towards others based solely on the color...
