Silver Grove Dari Bar — Restaurant in Silver Grove

Usually my visits are fine but this one was not. I was over charged by about 8$ and wasn't given what I asked for. The girl taking my order was writing so so slow I'm unsure why. They gave me something I didn't order, charged me for it, and then didn't tell me I paid for it. When they brought it out, I said "I didn't order that" and instead of giving my money back, they let me leave without getting my money

I got home and did the math and realized I was over charged. I called them to get a price breakdown. They didn't want to tell me how much it all was, she just wanted to read the ticket herself to say if it was right. I told her my name and she found the ticket.... She did not read the total. She did not do anything and said "yes you were charged correctly" and I said "um no." And asked how much it all was. We go down the list and she said "yup that's right" and I said ".... That's only 22$ not 29 what I paid." And only then did she say "yeah I'm not sure why that happened" I feel like I was being told information to get me off the phone so they could keep my money.

I got down there per the managers request and she hands me 5$. I ask before I leave "also was I charged for my cone in my ice cream" she says "you have to order that" I kinda laugh and say "well I did" but anyway I give her .30 cents which I dont know if that's how much it was. Go home.... And realize I paid 29$ for a 22$ mean and she gave me a 5.... So THEY STILL OWED ME 2$ DOLLARS

Drove by & we decided to turn around & pop in as there were a few people, but in a matter of a few minutes there were a ton of people. I got a cheeseburger that was good, my son a chili cheese hot dog(he doesn't like hot dogs, but said it was really good & would order it again), & my granddaughter got the chili cheese fries. She ate it all. She said it was great! We didn't even get a morsel to try. Lol The large BlackBerry milkshake that she was to share was gone by the time the food was ready & we didn't get a taste of that either. I had to buy another 1. It was delish. The prices are reasonable. The only negative is they only take cash so make sure you have cash on you. They have picnic tables in the back to sit down & eat outside. Have gone for three years. Always had great service until tonight. Our food order was messed up twice and then when we got our ice cream, our medium cones were smaller than the small cones. When we politely asked the staff about it they said we didn’t have eat it if we didn’t want to, and were extremely rude. This happened to no less than 10 people when I was standing there waiting for my ice cream and food. I know these places are run by high school and college kids and I worked in customer service when I was their age.
