Update 2: This McDonalds used to be one of the best. It is a mile from my home and I've been here thousands of times since they opened 30 years ago. The food is okay and the restaurant still looks clean and is in good condition, but the customer service is TOTAL GARBAGE. The staff is short with customers, rude and they flat out refuse to help their customers order without the Kiosk. I sat for 45 minutes and watched at least 9 different customers come up to their register-blocking sign: asking to place order with a person. Staff told all of them they are not allowed to take orders anymore, just kiosk and phone orders. All 9 looked disappointed with staff's remarks, 5 reluctantly went to order from Kiosk, two forced the staff to reluctantly take their order, and two just left. This policy, from what I saw, is very tough on the elderly and foreign speaking customers. The McDonald's management and staff can apparently care less! Apparently the family that owns this restaurant owns a couple more in the area that has the same policy and same poor ratings!!! What a mess!!! — Update: I actually love McDonald's. I go and have been going frequently for decades. You can tell a lot about a location just on how the Big Mac is served up. Either it's thrown together like a sloppy mess, or, it's treated with care and presented to you perfectly; just like the McDonald's graphics. You can also tell lot by the restaurants level of cleanliness. But really the most telling indicator of a good McDonald's is the front staff, who takes your order and delivers your food. In this location's case, it is very hot and cold. You can go at times and have decent service and efficiency. Go back a week later and you can get the worst service, with a staff that looks like they'd rather be anywhere else in the world than being at work. The last time we visited this location there were at least 15 people working, but maybe two or three people looked like they were actually doing all the work. The rest of the staff was goofing around and blaming everyone else for a litany of customers coming back, complaining about their food or the long wait. In our case we had to wait over 20 minutes for two big Macs, and one order of fries and two cokes. When we ordered, there was nobody else in line in front of us, but we did notice a handful of Uber eats guys coming into pick up bags Before ours were completed. Additionally, the floors were dirty, tables dirty, and the men's bathroom reeked like someone urinated over the entire room - days ago. I believe a much better run McDonald's is the one over by the target store on Cochran and Galena. This store is definitely lacking good consistent management. — McDonald’s raised all their drinks from $1 to $2. Totally unnecessary move! This used to be a big reason to forego the competition!!

I don’t know where all of these bad reviews are coming from but I never had a bad experience here. The location itself is very clean and tidy, service is always nice and welcoming. Probably one of the nicest staff I experienced in McDonald ever. The food never takes long wether you order pick up, curb or drive thru. Also food is also nicely packaged, never sloppy. Fries are always fresh and I never had a bad batch here compared to other stores. For people who are outraged that they had to wait 10mins for their burger … c’mon now. I understand that it’s MCDONALDS and service supposed to be fast. But it’s not how it used to be 10-15 years ago, before all deliveries and curbs service were added. Of course the expectation for food to be served as fast as it used to be remained the same because of a money hungry corporate. Give these hard working kids a break. And if you can’t wait 10-15 mins then cook at home. Not only once while waiting for my own food I saw angry grumpy elderly people complaining that they had to wait 15mins for 4 large meals. Your poor time management and unrealistic expectations are not McDonald’s employees problem. They don’t deserve to be yelled at.

Terrible experience! Waited over 10 minutes due a curbside order so I had to go inside and ask for it. Which defeats the whole point of curbside. Then they gave me the wrong coffee. I ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee. I received a caramel macchiato. I went back inside and then I had to wait another 5 minutes to get someone to help. Then he went back and made mine and he made it a small. I asked him and because he was so lazy he said it was a medium even though on the cup it said it’s a small iced coffee. So I wasted 20 minutes and didn’t even get what I paid for. This place sucks!

I don’t know where all of these bad reviews are coming from but I never had a bad experience here. The location itself is very clean and tidy, service is always nice and welcoming. Probably one of the nicest staff I experienced in McDonald ever. The food never takes long wether you order pick up, curb or drive thru. Also food is also nicely packaged, never sloppy. Fries are always fresh and I never had a bad batch here compared to other stores. For people who are outraged that they had to wait 10mins for their burger … c’mon now. Terrible experience! Waited over 10 minutes due a curbside order so I had to go inside and ask for it. Which defeats the whole point of curbside. Then they gave me the wrong coffee. I ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee. I received a caramel macchiato. I went back inside and then I had to wait another 5 minutes to get someone to help. Then he went back and made mine and he made it a small. I asked him and because he was so lazy he said it was a medium even though on the cup it said it’s a small iced coffee. So I wasted 20 minutes and didn’t even get what I paid for. This place sucks!

Walk in this place on a Saturday ask for an ice cream cone. They told me as a $1.75. when I was ready to pay they told me it was $2.70 or something. I paid. After finishing the ice cream cone from the seating area I asked the people at the front there was two three or four people What is the price of an ice cream cone. They all looked at each other of course prices are not on the menus typically so they had no idea they look on the app the app doesn't show prices on many things most things they could not find it I spoke with the manager. The manager told me he doesn't know how much it costs. So basically McDonald's doesn't allow management to know the prices on many items and they will change them from one minute or 30 seconds to the next 30 seconds. So you're always surprised going to McDonald's and disappointed. I have plenty of problems with their product pricing as many products have gone up to 100 to 200% increase of where they were before So if they're $1 before they're $2, if there are $2 before they're $4. Also The week before we visited and I took a big hard plastic number that's about a foot tall put it on the table outside. I was waiting for food and waiting for food and waiting for food finally gave up waiting went inside and it's sitting there getting cold on the counter in the central dining area. You would think that McDonald's corporation would figure that they need to find customers that have already paid because they're hungry and they're sitting there probably waiting. Other companies do search out customers to deliver their orders that's what I found. But not McDonald's. Very disappointing. I actually do hate going there and never did like it but I go there only because I have a friend that wants to go once something she's very elderly 80 years old She has to have it for some odd reason even though it's horrible for her anyway...

Service is declined either not enough people to run the restaurant or inexperienced staff. I've been going to this particular one since 1994 and I've seen that store on the ball but now I don't go often anylonger . Main reasons 1 - no matter what I order I have to go to the next window or the parking lot and just wait it's totally redickulas this last visit I said one more time no one in the drive thru just me I was told to wait at the next window for simple items 14 minutes and the guy who brought the food wasn't even looking when he handed the bag to me and just about dropped it and spilled all over my wife's New car . This is not a random visit they always send me to and just wait while others behind me get there food and leave. I don't believe we will be going to that particular MacDonald anymore. The one by my brother house you can't even get to the pick up window and the food is in the bag. Never written this before the store blows. Isetn the number on the wall if you have questions regarding your service call such and such. Not happening that does not make my day better if you can't run a " Fast Food properly then hand over the helmet to someone that can run a Fast Food business properly. P/S That store always forgets something pay them more they will work harder and the store will make more money. Good day. 08-31-2020 and it's been bad way before COVID-19 years. But we do like the new remodel the one before was ugly...
