Dunkin' — Restaurant in Simsbury

This is the best DD in my area. We have one in Bloomfield and one at the north end of town in Simsbury but those are out of my way. I'm posting this review because there are a couple of locations that I won't mention when I ask for an ice coffee the cream has been either flat or not enough or not enough ice and just plain yucky. When Im craving an ice coffee and the first sip is not fresh it's a total let down. This location is perfect every time! Located right across from the Agway in Simsbury on Rte. 10. One day I drove up and the registers were down and my large Ice Coffee was on the house. That was a nice unexpected gift. This particular location is a good one since it's off of Rte. 44 and somehow I am always passing this one. Drive thru is very easy to get into and exit. I did have another nice surprise at this one when we had a summer storm and the power was out in a bunch of towns. It was hot and humid already in the morning. I drove down and got our coffee's at around 5:30 am. The car in front of me had paid for whatever I ordered. It totally got me out of my funk of dread of what was in store for the day with no power and central air. ...

This is the closest location to me and unfortunately the worst service and quality of food I have ever experienced from a Dunkin’. There have been NUMEROUS times I have ordered there and the employees are bothered by your presence and they cut you off and ask if you’re done yet. Every order, and that is NOT an exaggeration, has either been missing items, burnt, soggy, or just given a completely different order all together. I have called before and asked for a manager but apparently there is never a manager there when I call. I have tried calling many times in the past but I have given up. I made the mistake of trying to order there again hoping they have improved over the few months I have stayed away but I was welcomed with the same poor attitude as always and yet again they have failed to make the order correctly. I recommend you try another location or get your breakfast and coffee elsewhere. Extremely disappointing when this is on such a major route for our location. Step it up at this location or let another company take...

I stop at this location Every morning Monday through Friday. I feel there is a problem with some of the workers not hearing what is being said to them. This job is not hard to do you just have to listen to what the customer wants.i myself have in the past worked for dunkin many years ago when i was 20, I order my medium iced French vanilla coffee with coconut extra coconut 5 splenda and extra extra cream sometimes I get it perfectly on point ,and most other times it tastes horrible. Me being a Van driver for Simsbury I don't have time to come back to have my order redone . please Dunkin donuts at this location try to improve a lot more! the manager there the female I don't know what her name is I think she is a wonderful lady and a few of the other people that I normally see. but please let's step it...
