Our first visit was on a Monday night, about 30 minutes before close. This place has been open just a few days, but seems to be heavily anticipated, especially by those in the neighborhood. There was a line formed by the time we parked and got out of the car. The space is small, but clean and bright. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The seating area is nice. Service was quick. My only minor complaint is portion size vs. cost. I'm not sure if the cone size just changed and they ran out, because I did see some others sharing pictures of some "normal" size waffle cones, but the sugar cone was very small. I would consider it like a kids cone....maybe 5 inches tall and 2 inches wide at the opening. This meant the "scoops" were quite small. They were more like a spoonful, and were an extra $1.00 per scoop. The bowl was a bit more, but was also $5.00 without any toppings. In this area, compared to the Wells Ice Cream Parlor and Dairy Queen, some may say the price is high. I would also suggest selling some bottled water, and adding some flavor descriptions to the ice cream at some point (at least the ones that aren't self-explanatory). It will save whoever is taking the order from having to answer the same question all day. We will definitely be back after they have been open a bit to check things out again. Like I said, they have only been open a few days. Overall, looking forward to what's to come and having another ice cream option in town!

My boyfriend and I were just in and the customer service was a 10! We were so excited that they had ice cream nachos and they’re so good. We got monkey business ,birthday cake and monster cookie. They were all so good!

Kents ice cream. I gave three stars due to one scoop is less than the ice cream in the cone it's self. Small business, been looking forward to it. I know they are getting late start. I hope they make it.

Today is 6/01/25 and when you google Jims icecream it states that it’s open until 7:00 PM and it’s only 5:06 PM and there’s nobody here and the closed sign is up. This was the second time this week that I’ve come over from the west side to check it out and just like this time the first time they were closed as well and that was on 5/26/2025. So, I’m not quite sure what was all going on but very disappointed each and every time it should have been open...

The ice cream was ok. Second place that I've been too in the last thirty days and found a hair on the ice cream / food. Hairnets must return to all employees, especially those who are selling food to customers. I was really hoping that the ice cream was going to be made in house, sadly it is not. That allows the business to create their own flavors and twist to...
