Casey's — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

I will no longer be shopping at any Casey's stores, they are very dishonest and are just in it for the money and not for customer service, the problem started in February of this year when Casey's changed out their pumps to stop accepting the Hy-Vee fuel saver cards but instead of being honest about it Casey's was greedy, the staff at Casey's and the staff at the corporate office namely supervisor Tyrney kept saying that there was something wrong with the IT tech on the new pumps and they were working on fixing them! Then Heavenly at the Casey's on Benson road also said the same thing, I believed them since I had been a loyal customer for over twenty years but no more, I hope they loose a lot of business for lying to there customers for over three months! I have found a much nicer place to shop, it is cleaner and has more of a selection of products and the staff is much more personable, so in the end I guess I got the better deal I found a better place to shop and got rid of greedy people that took my money! I would suggest to anyone reading this to do the same and find another place to shop it will be...

Ordered pizza at around 8:38 am, it said it would be ready by 9:53......we went earlier cause it's usually ready. Walk in 3 people talking behind the counter with 4 pizza laid out to go in oven. She says it said 10....we asked why they didn't hear the phone when we tried to call. They didn't hear the phone???????( 3 of them). We go back home, try to call again to see if it's ready, no answer again...we get there it's been done, had to wait for cashier to be done visiting and the pizza was cold when we got home(5min drive if that). Crust paper thin. Not impressed! They guy in front of us was getting irritated to, tryin to pay for his donuts and she is more worried about visiting. Sorry but poor...

This post is specific to the Casey’s on Benson Road. I used to stop in the mornings because I have an early work shift and the atmosphere is absolutely demeaning. The cleanliness of the bathroom is horrible. When you go in the mornings, there’s never any breakfast food and they act as if it’s an inconvenience to make anything. You can overhear them talking bad about you while you’re in the store. Going forward for my morning breakfast runs. I will no longer be using this place.
