Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

I gave this Jimmy John's 5STARS because they were all on point!!! Stopped in while driving from Rapid City, 5 hrs going to Chicago with another 9 hr push. I was in need of nutrition, convenience, a meal that wouldn't crash my sugar and fuel me for my long drive. I found them 1 mile off the highway and a quick left from main road. Upon entering I found this Jimmy John's fully staffed, everyone was busy making orders, restocking, or handling business duties. Someone was at the register waiting for my order. I freshened up while my order was being made, stepping into bathroom I found it clean, smelling nicely scented (not grimmy or stinky) , TP was stocked and quality brand (nice for ladies). Sink and area was clean and shiny with stocked hand soap and towelettes. The eating areas had cleaned tables and floors, as well I noticed a staff member was checking that bathrooms were clean. I arrived before the lunch rush and could see this Jimmy John's was ready for the rush. I found all the staff appropriate in their appearance and manner. When my order was ready it was called out. My order was a 16" sub which was cut in half and indiviually wrapped, wasn't expecting that but found it perfect for my long drive. My visit lasted only 10 minutes, I was greeted upon arrival and wished a "good day" while leaving. Lastly, as I was leaving a staff member was carrying out an order to be delivered. Me and my family eat there a lot, like every Friday. Most of the time the food us really good well expect the fountain drinks but there is some days where the food could be better. I remember this one day the I got the #1 (my usual) and the bread was really gross and tasted burnt. I got a rootbeer with it and it tasted like watered down rootbeer I was not happy.Another day is when we decided to get it delivered and we don't live that far way, like a good mile but the guy took super long to deliver our food, I mean I get it you have other deliveries but he took over an hour and it said our food was on its way to our house for 30 minutes. Great customer service. I eat here a lot and went through the drive through and told them I wanted a #9 all the ingredients but no lettuce, and no onion and dill pickle chips for my combo meal. Of course, I was in a rush and didn’t check my order just to find out on the way to the bank that literally everything was put on my sandwich and I was given an actual dill pickle instead of dill pickle chips.

Anyways long story short, I called them to let them know and they asked if I could swing back and they redid the order and made things right and I got the correct sandwich and my dill pickle chips. It would’ve been easy for them to apologize and say there’s nothing they could do at this point since I didn’t have the receipt and didn’t use rewards today.
