First, buy a printer or at least some ink for the one you have because I have yet to get a legible receipt in almost 2 years of frequenting this place. Second, it's getting ridiculous that every time I visit, I'm told, not asked, but told to pull forward to wait for my order. The clocked times for order fulfillment cannot be accurate, at least not for my orders. Your drive-thru employees depend heavily on making customers wait at any window but window #2. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm waiting on a single item or multiple bags of items. I'm told to pull forward to wait for my food unless Madison is working the second window. She seems to be the only competent employee there. I would do whatever necessary to keep her happy if I employed her. Your employees, other than her, are completely incompetent. Oh, it should be noted that I place my orders on the mobile app, so they have plenty of time to get my food ready before I arrive at the store to retrieve it. It takes me approximately 11-12 minutes to drive to the store from my house, and every time I'm told to pull forward, I wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes for my order to finally be fulfilled, and most of the time it is inaccurate. Do better! Hire employees who know how to verify the contents of the to-go bags with the order on-screen before they hand an inaccurate order out to the customers and walk away, thereby forcing customers to park and come inside for accurate order fulfillment. And I might add, they're not exactly polite when I come inside and state my order wasn't fulfilled accurately. Most of the time, they're rude and sarcastic, telling me I must've overlooked what's missing...

You ask for light mayo on a sandwich and they basically dump an entire mayo container onto your food instead. You ask or say anything to them at the window and they dismiss you instead of taking 2 seconds to listen and provide the service you’re asking for. I’m always polite and go out of my way to be nice to all workers everywhere and I don’t leave reviews like this but as I sit here and chew my mayonnaise sandwich I cannot help but be pissed off It’s not too much to ask for your food that you pay for to be made the way you will enjoy eating it

Read moreWent to the 6400 Sissonville RD McDonald's today around 6 sat in the drive through on the left drive thru order intercom for 10 mins as I watched 3 other orders been taken before ours....by the time they got to a 4th order (this was the car behind be got tired of waiting and changed to the other order-lane in a new KIA) I proceed to drive to the drive thru window to give them my Mobile order number myself and they gave me some excuse that the drive thru girl was having a bad day and that they didn't have the MANPOWER to man the lane i was in????? What kind of service is that i can understand being shorthand but have you heard of rotating order lanes in the order the car shows up because they obviously didn't know what that meant????? Seriously tho takes 2 seconds to take a mobile order code that my wife ordered FROM HOME but i guess they were more worried about the people that came after us in the drive thru to check...
