Usually good service, but this visit was disasterous from the time we arrived. Was given an electronic buzzer to let us know when a table was ready and told the wait was about 15 minutes. We waited on the bench out front for about 25 minutes when we realized that parties arriving after us we're being notified that their table was ready. When I asked the host, she said she wrote the pager number wrong in the book and figured we would be inquiring eventually. Okay so simple mistake, but wait for it. There was the number she wrote not crossed out with five pager numbers below it crossed out. So she knew we were still waiting long before more inquiry. When I asked if she even tried to see what numbers the guests in the waiting area had, she gave me a blank stare with the look of is it my job to figure out my oemwn mistake.. incompetence! By now there were several open tables so we were seated immediately. The server did not help us for quite some time, but eventually our order was taken which included fries for a starter. It took quite a while but finally our server shoes up with food, but it was our meals, not fries while we were waiting. Oh and did I mention there was no silverware on the table. We had to call the server over and ask for silverware and also inquired about our fries. The server looked at us as if we were mistaken about ordering fries. She looked at the ticket, realized that yes we had ordered fries, and went off to fetch them without an apology for forgetting them, but more importantly, for not apologizing for initially blaming us for only thinking we ordered fries. So now our fries are on the table, oh what's this, the ketchup bottle is completely empty?!! So by now there are many empty tables around us, so we take the ketchup from an empty table only to find it was empty too. We got 3 more bottles from 3 more empty tables, yes you guessed it, ALL EMPTY. Although many different servers passed our table, not a one seemed to notice that we had 5 ketchup squeeze bottles on our table. Finally we got someone's attention who brought us a full Ketchup for our now cold fries. There is excuse for this lack of professionalism, and seeming lack of situation awareness by all the staff starting with the host. It will be a while before I ever come back, maybe the managers/owners start to care at some point. I have lots if contact with folks coming to Sisters to visit, and Three Creeks Brewery will not be a recommendation, and in fact I will be warning them to choose somewhere else. Hopefully management will hold there employees responsible for such blatent lack of common Sense and customer service. When they do,...
Read moreI live in Bend, I have a lot of friends that go through Sisters and I always suggest people go check out Three Creeks. Tonight I went there to meet my dad for dinner as he was vacationing in sisters. At dinner was myself, my wife, my dad, and his girlfriend. We sat in the bar and enjoyed beers and classic pub food but unfortunately the night ended with an employee who was off the clock instigating an argument with my dad that was completely out of line and inappropriate, when he responded to her saying “really?” Her boyfriend (husband?) got nose to nose with my dad screaming, using profanity, and being overall for lack of a better term a total jackass. Of course, the restaurant went quiet, you would think that a manager or employee would get involved but no... after feeling threatened it took us asking to have this man removed for them to finally do anything. It was extremely embarrassing and I feel bad for the parents who had to explain to their kids that people are angry and sometimes aggressive for no reason. The GM and front manager got involved and the front manager took us to file a report, we were disturbed to her that this girl who started the ordeal was employed there and that there been “incidents” with her boyfriend before. After filing a report we received no apology from the GM and after speding over $100.00 we received no gift card or anything. I go out to pubs and bars of all sorts, sometimes classy sometimes divey and of course I’ve seen people act up, but I’ve never seen an establishment be so passive. Three creeks lost my business for as long as that girl is employed, and I will never suggest them to friends again. Sisters Oregon is a quaint and family friendly town and I have NEVER felt unsafe while going out to dinner, to make it worse I felt unsafe by...
Read moreI live in Sisters and my family and I have been coming to 3 creeks for years. We’ve seen the ups and downs and have weathered the storm with them - the food was SO good when we first started going, went downhill due to staffing shortages I guess, and the menu hasn’t changed other than they had a happy hour menu for a couple of months and then took that away too. Today my family and I decide to give 3 creeks another try after 2 months of not going there (got very sick the last 2 times eating there as a vegetarian) and I am saddened to say this time might be the worst experience yet. My veggie burger (which used to be so good) was cold, floppy, and not done - server was very nice and said she would bring me a fresh one (I had taken 1 bite) it came back with that same bite taken but just put in deep fryer, covered in grease, and still floppy and no char 😔 I deconstructed and tried to eat the edges of it and the bun with the toppings. I got home a little bit ago and sure enough, I threw up. However the veggie burger is being cooked in the kitchen is most likely cooked with other animal fat/protein that my stomach can’t handle (my bad I guess for eating something other than a salad) mind you this burger is $17!!!!
Anyway, I am here to say, my family and I won’t be going back to 3 creeks again - I’m a bit sad because we used to love it but things aren’t how they used to be with quality and consistency. This is also just a warning to other folks who are vegetarian not to eat the veggie burger. They only have black beans and rice, pizza, and salad as other...
