One benefit to a chain is that it is predictable. The pizza I ordered was nothing fancy, but was nicely done. Definitely on the better end of what I would expect at a Pizza Hut. Where this place really shines is the staff. I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a great suggestion to fit what I was after. The fryer went down before they could complete my order. They apologized and offered a wonderful alternative that was even better than my original order. Did an app order, said ready in 15 minutes. I set the pickup time for 45 minutes at the window. Drive there, one car ahead of me. Wait about 10 minutes for them to get his order out. Then another TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES to get mine. Looked like only 1 person in the kitchen and one working the floor and the window.
