I wanted to keep my original review up 5* read below. On 3-10-2023 I came into Euro for a dozen bagels and 1 LB of cream cheese. Let me just say I know that prices went up high and I owned my own business so I understand about raising prices. The problem I have with Euro is they don't list their prices. They just have a sign that says prices are higher due to food costs being higher. When the owner told me $35 for my order I thought he made a mistake. When I questioned him on the total he proceeded to tell me how much his increase was on cream cheese. I let him know that he should start listing his prices so people can make an informed decision. I just had an awesome seafood dinner at Franks for $21. One of Euros competitors by the college charges $11 for a pound for cream cheese. Thats half the price. I used to LOVE this place but they need to be more transparent with their customers and put a smile on their faces when they greet customers.
This place is INCREDIBLE. Family owned and run. BEST Bagel/ Deli place in the area. Bagels, omelets, salads, wraps, sandwiches, soups all fresh daily and NOT out of a can. Made with LOVE. The Place including the bathrooms are...
Read moreHad the most wonderful Gyro panini and Baklava today at first the prices seem a little bloated until you receive a substantial portion of food for your money you soon realize it is well worth it I was greeted as soon as I entered even though it seemed to be very busy between calls walk ins and door dash it was a little wild for a minute but they cleared the restaurant and filled everyone’s order at a lightening fast speed the young man behind the counter was attentive alert respectful gracious polite and an all around wonderful delight of a person to interact with I highly recommend you try this place it’s family owned and operated everyone works hard and has always made me and my other LGBT friends feel very welcomed so I’m not sure why some people think they aren’t accepting of them maybe it’s just a self confidence issue or entitlement either way I’m leaving this review to help more people learn about what an amazing business is hiding here in the Cornerstone of East Stroudsburg and because I have found my new go to spot to everyone at Euro Bagel happy holidays and thank you again for the exceptional experience keep up the great work we...
Read moreMy family of four came in on a Sunday at 2pm for lunch. We ordered at the counter, then were served at our table.
First impression - I was immediately taken in by the BEAUTIFUL cream cheese and salads displayed in the case. I am NOT one to ever describe food using words like that... It was just so pretty to look at! So fresh, vibrant colors, vast selection... And I hadn't even seen the menu yet. Lol
It was tough choosing, but I played it safe with an Italian sub. My husband got a gyro, daughter got a steak quesadilla, son got a basic chicken wrap. Everything was delicious! My sub was loaded up with Boars Head deli meats - this was no "let's fill it with lettuce and tomato with two pieces of meat" sub. Worth every penny!
They offer a nice array of fresh brewed coffee flavors, lunch/dinner items, breakfast items, deserts (which I'm definitely planning for next time!), and drinks. Cost is extremely reasonable.
This restaurant is so beautifully presented, I almost feel that it doesn't belong in our area of the Poconos. Horrible to say, but seriously - it belongs on a hip Main Street somewhere! I'm hoping they succeed wildly and...
