Sam's Pizza — Restaurant in Smithville

You know at first you’ll think this place is amazing but as time goes on you realize how low quality the food is and how much they don’t care about their customers. For the past two months I’ve come on their wing special days, their buffet is poorly attended and they are always low on food and this is around noon each day.

They pile new food on top of old food never changing out the pans, so when you do get your food that’s at the bottom of the pan it’s nasty, soggy and has been sitting for who knows how long. We’ve even tried to call in and warn them we are coming for lunch and they’ve rudely hung up. And I hope you don’t get sick of the same old flavors of wings that never change week to week, or hardly change, and the same old leftovers they serve you from their recent catering job. This place shouldn’t charge $8 a pound for food it’s not worth $4.

And don’t you dare tell them something is low or that you’d like something because they’ll refuse to make it or say ohh well. Whoever manages this place should be embarrassed I’ve worked multiple buffet jobs in high school that were much bigger and better maintained. I came here today to try Sam's again after not going for many years. The photos speak for themselves. Over cooked, burned and crunchy. Wasn't worth the trip for average to low quality pizza. I honestly had to throw both pizzas away as they were uneditable. The taste is not even that great, bland no taste and even the toppings were burnt and flavorless. You can also plainly see in photos how they didn't even care enough to cut the pizzas correctly let alone form the dough. Unbelievable they actually gave me not just 1 but 2 pizzas like this! Huge waste of money. 2 large 2 topping pizzas over 30.00. On top of that they surcharge for debit transactions and didn't tell me on the phone. Won't return again. Don't go here, Orr pizza and subs is way better, I highly suggest giving them business over Sam's. I feel so ripped off right now and I won't be returning and will be telling people...

Haven't had Sams pizza in years. It WAS my favorite. I thought I would treat my wife to it because she's never had it. I called at 12:30 and asked if they can have it ready for me at 1:45. I'm pressed for time mind you. I get there and they said they hurt it. Can I wait another 15 minutes.?
