This place is a gem to have in town! The owner, Jana, is the coolest Barista you'll ever meet. Down to earth, nice, and just plain fun! The Cloud is the best cold brew drink around. We periodically have come here for coffee when in the area, but haven't in a while due to work not bringing us to smithville in a while. Our most recent visit we brought a fully punched rewards card for a free drink, which they wouldn't accept because they no longer offer the physical rewards program. I mean we did pay for every coffee on that punch card, very unprofessional in my opinion to not honor it. We paid for the drink, but extremely unhappy with the experience.
