Had high hopes for a coffee option open on Sunday’s, those hopes were not met. I typically like to give benefit of the doubt, maybe this person is new, I don’t know. However, starting with ordering the employee was clearly unfamiliar with anything coffee/tea related. After repeating the order several times, it then required further explanation that matcha and macchiato are not the same thing. In the 15 minutes it took for two iced drinks, I watched the employee go get another person from a different area of the shop (not food/beverage related) to help her with the matcha latte. Again, if they’re new no problem ask for help. In this case neither person knew how to make the drink. Now we have two people in store and a third on speaker phone walking them through making the drink. I could hear the whole conversation and had some hope as it at least sounded like it was being made correctly. I finally hear the person on the phone ask what color the matcha latte was, to which the two in store responded gray/brown. All hope is gone at this point. Drinks now in hand, the salted caramel latte was just brown flavorless water and the matcha latte (pictured with this review) was indeed a gray/brown color and not remotely the green it should be. For anyone unfamiliar with matcha this typically means the matcha powder has be oxidized due to improper storage or just low quality. Needless to say, still no open Sunday coffee/tea option.

Didn’t have what we ordered and was very sweet letting us know over phone call, threw in freebies for us as an apology! Coffee is super yummy and so are the treats.

Came in at 9:40am on a Friday morning- no one else was in here. My husband and I ordered 2 loaded teas ($12 each) and 1 breakfast sandwich which was listed for $4.50 on the menu. First it took til 10:24am to get our 2 teas and 1 sandwich. My husband asked why it cost $38 and the lady (Amy) said it was because the teas were $24 and the sandwich was $5.50 and then you add in tax. I then replied so tax was over $10? She just made a face at me and shrugged her shoulders. Also change the pricing on your menu for the sandwiches, yes I'm aware it's a dollar but adding a dollar more to our order still shouldn't have been $38.. will not be back, and the teas are also watery. Not even worth $5 in my opinion, especially having to wait 45 minutes. Not even the nutrition teas in Nashville are...

Just ordered from here today and it was the WORST experience. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my gosh. My fiancé and I ordered online , he goes to pick it up and they have no eggs for our bagels we ordered so now we have to make the eggs at home. Then they have no coffee lid for our coffee. Then the food wasn’t even made because they didn’t get the notification. We ordered at 10:23 am and didn’t get our order until 11:10. This is ridiculous! Most likely will...
