Aroma Joe’s — Restaurant in Somersworth

Would have been better off going to a Starbucks or Dunkins. From looking online, it looked like a great choice. However, the experience was not great at all. We ordered 3 coffees and a bagel. After placing our order, the batista asked, "So just the one cappuccino?". We had to repeat our order 4 times before she understood what a double espresso is. We also said no cream cheese with the bagel, but we got cream cheese and got charged for it. I also asked if the bagels were freshly baked or from some bakery, and she said she didn't know where they were from and that they just came in a plastic sleeve (aka supermarket bagel). The employees here are awesome! The girls that work in the morning at the local Aroma Joe's know exactly what I want so I don't even need to tell them, the just start making it when I pull up! Coffee is great, tons of flavors and they even offer a stronger brew. You can also get flavored energy drinks! The flavor selection for those are also great!...

I have been going to many many Aroma Joe's since 2003. I've never received rude service until this morning. Busy, yes. Distracted, maybe. But NEVER rude. The blonde working there was not busy, she made my coffee completely wrong and the pretzel I got was smushed, soggy and overly salted. I seriously hope someone speaks to her about her customer...
