We stopped in while on vacation from Colorado looking for some Texas BBQ. I lived here for 25 years so I tend to be picky. Moe's is now one of my favorite BBQ places anywhere, easily. The brisket was moist and flavorful without being overly fatty, it just fell apart when picked up. I'm not usually a fan of sausage, but their pork sausage will definitely have me coming back, cooked with a crispy skin and beautifully textured and seasoned. The ribs were peppery with a touch of sweetness and just slid off the bone. Finally we got the brisket mac and cheese, and were impressed with it as well. The mac and cheese itself was basic, nothing special but good nonetheless, and it had a perfectly proportioned amount of brisket and sauce and cheese on top that made every bite a treat. I prefer a sweeter kind of BBQ sauce, not as vinegary or tangy for me, and Moe's delivered. It went wonderfully with the meat, and melded beautifully with the pickles and onions when I made a sandwich. Well done, Moe's, we will definitely be back. In the meantime, I'm drooling from writing this so I'm going to go dig into my leftovers.

The girlfriend and I were on a Sunday Cruz and came across the little sign that said best bbq in town! We crossed our fingers and hoped for it! The wait was a little long but the sign should have said best bbq in TEXAS! Moes was a bit more in price was my first thought ! However once I got the combo bake potato( chopped beef / sausage I was not disappointed and well worth the price and wait! I couldn’t even finish or eat half of this potato cause it was so much and I can put down some food! This is a go to spot now when headed to moms! Thanks moes for amazing bbq!

A true small town gem. We value good bbq. We've been by Moe's several times and never stopped in until recently. We had a small wait because of a large take out order ahead of us, but I'm glad we stuck around. Absolutely phenomenal BBQ. Excellent flavor and texture. The sauce is awesome too! Atmosphere is very laid back. No restroom, so be prepared for that. Fresh sweet and unsweetened tea, canned soda. We'll be back. Probably our go to BBQ place from here out. Excuse my photo. I was already chowing down when I realized I needed photo evidence! LOL

Omg!! Absolutely delicious! We got here in such a funny way and literally turned in as soon as we found it online. So glad we did. It smelled sooo good as soon as we walked in with that woodfire pit smell! We got chopped brisket sandwiches and the meat was so moist! It was made fresh to order and the potatoe salad was that backyard BBQ your momma made it type of flavor. We're only passing through so well have to stop by next time we come through and send all our family too. The owner was funny and friendly too. Good times! #roadtrip #foodie #pitbbq...
