The newly opened South Bend Chocolate Cafe near the South Bend airport is a delightful extension of the charm and offerings found at the downtown location. This cafe is a perfect pit stop, especially with its convenient airport proximity, and it features an enticing array of treats that cater to all tastes. Like its downtown counterpart, this location boasts a full menu that includes delicious ice cream, smoothies, cheesecake, coffee, and an array of other beverages like hot chocolate and chai. The food items available from various counters add to the diverse selection, ensuring there's something for everyone. A unique and delightful find was the Dinosaur Ice Cream treat, a clever nod to the onsite Dinosaur Museum. This special item adds a fun and thematic twist to the cafeโ€™s offerings, enhancing the overall experience and was incredibly yummy. The service here stood out remarkably; it was prompt, polite, and exceptionally friendly, adding a warm and welcoming layer to our visit. Additionally, the cafe houses an outlet store section where you can find discounted seasonal and "almost perfect" items, making it a great spot for snagging a deal. Overall, the new South Bend Chocolate Cafe location is well worth the visit. Whether youโ€™re looking for a quick bite, a tasty treat, or a warm beverage, this cafe delivers with quality and hospitality. Itโ€™s a delightful new addition to the area that shouldnโ€™t be missed.

Sometimes you wake up and think "I want to have some coffee, learn about chocolate, eat lunch, see some bison, and go through a dinosaur museum." Good news. You can do it all in one place! The parking lot was quite full on a Friday morning but most people were there for the dinosaur exhibit. We did the chocolate tour. It wasn't as good as the old tour in the downtown location but I expect it will improve over time. The reason for four stars instead of 5 is that the tour was silly expensive for what it was. There is a self guided portion at the start and end but the tour itself wasn't more than 10 minutes. It's hard to recommend for $20/person. We walked the trails all the way to the end to see the bison. The trails were easy but could benefit from a simple trail map at the start instead of just a list of destinations. It wasn't clear that they were basically all along the same path. We were frequent visitors of the old facility and it's fun to see their huge new space. If prices come down a bit then this would be an easy recommendation. Oh and don't miss the factory seconds down the hallway from the coffee and food! Everything in there was $12.99/lb which is much cheaper then their stuff out front.

This fun destination is connected to the Indiana Dinosaur Museum. If chocolate is your jam, then this place is a great place to visit! The staff were friendly and the candies were delicious! Be sure to check out the Outlet Store for good deals on a wide variety of treats! This would be a fun place for a short visit with your children.

We went to see how it was cause my niece Albany Winter Burns was going to have a interview the next day . It was amazing place to visit the people was very nice . The food . Ice ๐Ÿจ cream was amazing. The candy ๐Ÿญ chocolate ๐Ÿซ was out standing. I bought some to bring back home for us to have . Save for later . But sadly my niece couldn't make to her interview the next day cause we had a horrible family problem. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and then to top it all of we all got sicker ๐Ÿ˜ท from the weather changing from hot ๐Ÿ”ฅ to cold ๐Ÿฅถ weather. So she had to call off her interview unfortunately at the last minute. Then we had to prepare are selfs for the family death in are family members as well . But it was amazing after everything calmed down with the family death. Being sick ๐Ÿ˜ท from the weather changing. But then we remember a few days later we had some of the famous Taffy chocolate turtle candy ๐Ÿญ from the South bend chocolate ๐Ÿซ cafe. It kinda warmed are hearts ๐Ÿ’• from all the bad things we went threw that week . Her having to miss her interview. Us having been sick ๐Ÿ˜ท . Most of all the heart โค๏ธ broken ๐Ÿ’” hearts we all had with the family death we all went through it made us all kinda happier just having that extra chocolate ๐Ÿซ from there cause it was so good ๐Ÿ’ฏ ๐Ÿ˜Š even though we went threw everything we did . But yes thanking them for being there even if they didn't know what we went through are even what people may go through every day ๐Ÿ™ of our lives are other people's lives โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™ . But yes thank you for your warm chocolate factory ๐Ÿญ . You warmed people's hearts ๐Ÿ’ž with out Even knowing what people may go...
