Bojangles — Restaurant in South Boston

Came in there this morning with my family. They were all playing around & joking. Except for the big girl in the red shirt behind the counter, she was to busy rolling her eyes like we were bothering her. She walked up to the register & just stood there! No hello, good morning. Nothing! She couldn’t even take our orders without being snotty with an attitude. She kept walking around the counter to talk to another employee leaning against the drink machine (who was blocking the drink machine). All they kept doing was talking about a customer before me… which was invert unprofessional Once we got our food, I told another young lady behind the counter she forgot our cups… she passed them to me with her fingers on the inside of the cup! Never again will we go back! I don’t want to be using my money if Im bothering people with my presence. And another thing… that man manager that came out was a complete morose… he saw all of Thiago down & done nothing! He looked like he was lost. I see why faculty there does...

My roommates and I went through the drive thru of the establishment and could not have had a service more rude than the one we recieved today. As we placed our order, the lady displayed a rude attitude towards us - she did not rush us but also did not check with us to verify our order. Instead, when we drove to the window, we initiated and asked her to repeat the order to us. It was obvious upon our arrival at the window that she did not care for us having asked anything at all. There were also replies from this lady that were less than professional and a audible scoff coming from her as she reluctantly complied with our requests. We will not be returning to this...

Today was the first time my husband and I have ever eaten at Bojangels. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and delicious. I used the app and ordered online. When I got in the store, everyone was friendly. I might add they were extremely busy. I thought my wait would be longer than what it was, but I got my order quickly. I didn't get a chance to check and make sure we got everything until I got back to the truck. For the first time in a long time, a fast food restaurant actually gave me everything I ordered. I didn't have to go back in for a missed item. We ordered a lot because we do have a fridge in our truck and wanted to...
