Happily Desserted always delivers exceptional quality and service! I recently started ordering cakes from Shrimi this year. We first tried the assorted cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet). Each and every cupcake with decorated with care. Usually, I'm the type to take one cupcake, wipe off half of the frosting, eat my share and call it a day. Not with these cupcakes! I couldn't help myself from trying one each flavor. The frosting is so delicate and compliments the cakes perfectly. I wasn't the biggest fan of buttercream in the past, but after having the buttercream here, I feel like I've been missing out on tasty buttercream my entire life! We've also tried the strawberries and cream cake. SO DELICIOUS! Today I picked up the berry chantilly cake. Decorated expertly, as usual. I can't wait to take a bite later tonight! The one thing that I would encourage every customer to do is to make sure you follow the instructions to leave the cake out for the alloted amount of time before consuming. Where do I even start?! Back in December I asked my fiancé to get my birthday made by a small local business. I didn’t know any but wanted to support small businesses, so he started doing research and found Shrimi at Happily Desserted. The process was easy and fast, the communication was awesome, the cake was.... the absolute best cake I’ve ever had in my life! To return the birthday favor, I got my fiancé’s birthday cake in January also from Happily Desserted and WOW. Shrimi’s cakes are perfection. I’ve never in my life had a more moist and decadent cake. I only wish we found her sooner for our wedding, but we’re definitely booking all pre-wedding cakes here.
