Drove 30 minutes from home to bring back as a Weekend Movie Night Dinner. This should of been a busy time of evening for such a well liked restaurant chain in such an extremely visible location. No customers to be seen inside or at drive-thru.
The window person had great difficulty in correctly entering the order. Multiple errors had to be corrected before order could be placed. Understanding that new restaurants and employees still have "bumps" to work out, the order was clearly, carefully and patiently placed.
When paying at the window, there was still much confusion. By now another car pulled up behind me. The cashier /order taker became extremely flustered and went to get help from the only other visable employee. The 2nd employee rang up my order and instructed me to pull up and wait.
Meanwhile a family with small children approached the counter inside to place an order. They may still be there now, bless their souls.
My order was finally run out to my vehicle - and yes, the young woman was running. The restaurant was being swamped with customers!
Soooo.... the Arby's dinner treat was brought home. The bag was missing one large Roast Beef with cheese, a large order of fries and 1 Roast Beef Slider. What was received was not the usual Arby's quality - Some items were over cooked and dried out.
The two employees were very polite and sincerely seemed to be trying their best. Maybe adding more staff (especially on weekends!) and more training should be addressed.
As for now I'll drive to a different...
Read moreI don't know why I've given this location so many tries. Maybe it's because I love the menu at Arby's, maybe it's because I keep hoping they'll improve.
Since this location opened I've visited or ordered through Door Dash probably 2 dozen times. I can count on one hand the number of times that they've got it right. Missing items, items made incorrectly, items missing ingredients, substitutions made without consent (in person and via doordash).
The issue before the one made today, I called to let them know that there were issues, and the employee that answered told me "that's what you get with Doordash, should have come in, call them to complain" and ended the call.
Today, I ordered my kids each the 2 chicken finger kids meal. They substituted that with a kids meal containing one chicken tender slider, with cheese, citing that they were out of chicken fingers. I'll let you work out how that makes sense, because it's given me a headache. Most kids are either great with having cheese, or hate it. Mine hate it. They also left out a roast beef sandwich (they're a roast beef sandwich restaurant). I attempted to call to see if I could come pick up my missing item, but got no answer after several calls. Probably for the best, patterns show that they'd have done nothing about it.
I know that Arby's is garbage food in the big picture, but if you're going to sell fast food junk, at least...
Read moreOrdered 2 beef and Cheddar meals, asked for extra Arby's sauce AT THE SPEAKER when I ordered. Got parked to eat and had TWO packs of sauce. So. I walked by to the window and asked for a few more packs. Was told by a young man named Justin that there was a shortage of sauce and that I couldn't have more. Which would have been fine if he would have said that to start with when I ordered. I would have went elsewhere. So, for TWO whole meals we got TWO packs of sauce. Absolutely no sauce on the sandwiches and everything was cold like it had been sitting out for hours. If you're going to give 1 pack of sauce for an entire sandwich AT LEAST make sure the food is fresh. I do understand that there are shortages on lots of things right now, but a little heads up when I asked for extra. Also, I wouldn't even be writing this review if Justin the cashier wouldn't have been so rude. The dining room is closed so I had to tap on the window to ask for sauce, he simply said "we have a shortage. You can't have more than what I already gave you" and shut the window in my face. Someone needs to work...
