Called in our order. When I got there, 30 minutes later, I had to wait on our food. They weren't busy at all, but no problem. Finally, the food was ready and I got up to pay for it. The owner got up to ring me up. She kept on pausing because she was on her cell phone. Never said a word to me until she handed the receipt to me. Got home and was disappointed as soon as I opened the first box. My daughter's chicken nuggets were burnt. 3 little burnt nuggets and what looked like a end piece of chicken tenders. My flounder plate a plenty was supposed to have hushpuppies and slaw with it, but all it had was 2 pieces of fish and 5 very greasy onion rings. My husband got the Philly cheese steak a plenty. He has had their cheese steak before and really liked it. Not this time. I asked for mushrooms. No mushrooms. It was on texas toast with American cheese. The most unassuming little restaurant with BIG surprises! Hands down the best cheeseburger in Gaffney. Tender, juicy grilled pork chops. Lovely, perfectly-cooked T-bone. The cook knows her business, and she puts a scald on this menu like none since my mom, SERIOUSLY! They don't over-salt, leaving that option up to your tastes, but the flavors are great from the start. You will leave well-satisfied with the portions, which, for the prices, are a STEAL. My only complaint is that we didn't try this 11 year old Gaffney staple sooner (I have fully punished myself, and am making up for lost time having eaten here 5 times in the least two weeks!)!! You do yourself a disservice if you don't come out and try it! Support our local businesses, or come in from out of town...Breakfast, lunch OR dinner... you choose. They'll make you smack your lips...

I was treated badly by an employee that I have a history with, and I didn't know she worked there, I said nothing to her but the owner allowed the employee to scream at and demand that I get my order to go or leave, I agreed to get my order to go but that still didn't please the employee she continued to scream at me and telling me I needed to move from where I was sitting, the owner then comes back and tells me to do what the employee says or leave.... I left.... But I've never been anywhere where an employer would allow an employee to be so unruly and disrespectful to their customers, the employee should have been made to go to the back or somewhere until the customer had been served. I use to be a pretty regular customer but not anymore, this incident was wrong and mishandled and...
