We moved down here about 3 1/2 years ago, and we had always wanted to try Lee's BBQ. Unfortunately, between Covid, their hours, and our schedule, we never made it there until yesterday. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing I love better than a big old plate of anything barbecued, but Lee's BBQ wasn't it. Without going into graphic detail, just let me say the best thing on their menu yesterday was the prepackaged Walmart salad they had thrown in a bowl to act as their salad bar. Sorry, Lee's, but that was definitely a one, and I'm glad I'm done. For $17 and change per person, I expected alot better food...

I ate off the buffet, and like most buffets, the food isn't as good as when it was fresh. So I feel this lowered review was all my fault. I really can't say one bad word about any of the food, except it was a bit lukewarm in temp. The staff was extremely warm and friendly, which I why I am planning to come back for another review. Our sides were in small serving cups, which I did not like. The food didnāt taste like it used to when we used to eat here years ago.
I guess our expectations exceeded our actually overall service, because he ended up waiting 30 minutes just for his food to finish cooking.
I have so much to say in all of this, but instead Iāll leave 3 stars, because itās not what we are used to when we get food here but itās not horrible either.
