We ordered the charcuterie board for the two of us. It arrived, it looked great but it came with 8 triscuit thin crisp-sized pita triangles burnt solid black. I politely asked if we could get some not burnt, and quite a bit more as there weren’t nearly enough for the amount of food the board came with. The server came back with eight more that were not burnt but again I asked if we could have more. I said they didn’t even need to be toasted/baked, or even if they had crackers. She said no crackers. She came back out with the exact same size portions of eight sourdough bread triangles. Still not nearly enough bread to go with the portions of the board. Again I asked if we could add more pita. The chef came out and call us “lovelies” with a very fake almost manic hyped up “politeness.” I repeated the request to her that we made to our server. She basically said “that’s not how we do it here, we have no crackers”. What?? I said to her that the fact the pitas were burnt black they shouldn’t have even gone out the door of the kitchen (I was still being polite about it). She wouldn’t address that, kept talking to us in the fake southern “politeness” in a very passive aggressive way, with grossly failed attempt at mimicking Southern charm and vernacular. It was just very strange and very rude. She didn’t address any of our questions/issues directly She took the charcuterie board off the bill- I tried to explain that it wasn’t about the money, we just wanted enough bread to go with the charcuterie items. We tipped the server very well, didn’t eat the charcuterie board and went along our way. One of the weirdest, worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Again the food looked good, but I wasn’t gonna eat sauce with a spoon and nothing to put it on. Save yourself the hassle of going...

This was an unbelievable surprise! One of the best meals we have ever had. Definitely raises the bar for food in the upstate. The absolute best brussel sprouts I've ever eaten. Very clever and tons of food! The absolute best caprese salad I've ever eaten! Also incredibly unique and unbelievable flavor combinations! The pork chop was cooked to perfection! Wonderful dish and I highly recommend it. The chicken fried spare ribs were amazing. Very rich and decadent. Peach pie and Bread pudding unbelievable! Honestly blown away. Going to just setup direct deposit here! Cidney was a fantastic server. Our compliments to the Chef!!

Update: after 4 trips here I need to update my review. The fourth trip I had the ribs. Worst plate I've ever experienced for $30. The ribs were so small and lacking any meat. My fork would not even penetrate the corn bread. The spaghetti Mac and cheese has a decent flavor but was cold. I had to go as far as complain. They took it back and brought out the burnt ends. Second time I had those, this time they were not edible. I could not chew them. They took them back right away. I Left hungry. The caprese salad also went from one of the best dishes I've ever had to just ok the second time to thrown together mess the third time. These guys obviously don't have consistent chefs in the...

What an enchanting setting this restaurant offered! From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere wrapped us in its embrace, and the music that flowed through the air was nothing short of enjoyable.

Now, let's talk about the food – a symphony of flavors that left us awestruck. The caprese salad with chicken, oh my goodness! It was not only super delicious but also incredibly satisfying. Each forkful was a journey into taste paradise, the combination of fresh ingredients and succulent chicken coming together in a delightful harmony.

My friend ventured into the realm of the smoked honey chop and oh, the joy on her face said it all! Every succulent bite of that dish was a testament to the chef's skill, a masterpiece of flavors that left them thoroughly delighted.

And then, the grand finale – dessert! The chocolate mousse, crowned with the most heavenly dollop of whipped cream, was a velvety indulgence that had me captivated. The richness of the chocolate, balanced by the lightness of the cream, created a sensational symphony that played on my taste buds like a sweet melody. In every aspect, this dining experience was truly a journey into...

The TLDR is that it’s overpriced. It isn’t fine dining, neither on a food or service level, but priced as though it is attempting to be. I dropped $75 on a meal for One - when factoring in soda, appetizer, entree, dessert. There are too many other options in the surrounding area, than to justify paying $26 for a shrimp and grits entree, as an example. I do want to emphasize - my short rib entree was Good, I would say above average even. Everything should be Exceptional at these prices though, and that simply wasn’t the case. The charcuterie selection was so-so at $22, but tasty enough. The banana pudding was a let down, not sure what they were going for, but I wouldn’t eat it again - and I love banana pudding. Overall, I left with mixed feelings - on one hand, I loved the menu, but felt the execution could have been better and the selections priced more reasonably. I have a feeling that others have come to the same conclusion based on the completely empty dining room that I sat in, at what should have been near peak dining on a Friday at 6:30pm.
