If you want to experience the taste of real BBQ this is definitely on the top 5 list. The barbecue is, bar none, some of the best you will eat. it's always just the right smoked tenderness and texture that I find appealing in true BBQ. I've been chewed out the other day... LOL. I had the ribs which were absolutely wonderful. I will probably make that choice again as they were fantastic. Smoked and cooked to near perfection. another thing you will really appreciate if you dying here is that they have a couple of sauces that are just fantastic perfectly blended and tasty but not overpowering. It's awesome to see an establishment produce such great quality. Lastly, most of the folks they are just down-home Southern folks so hospitality is always on tap. If you are looking for real Southern barbecue then this is definitely the place for you... Anybody can cook meat and chop it up and call it barbecue but if you want the real thing and I'm not talking about some guy that knows how to buy can of liquid smoke and make it taste like a tree... I'm talking about somebody who knows how to slow cook barbecue. And the top that off, these folks make some of the best sauce that I've ever tasted. PS... You can buy it by the court or the gallon and you can freeze it in the freezer in 1 gallon Ziploc bags. Don't be remiss about stopping here for a very good bite to eat. I had to pull pork plate with a slice of bread and a double dip of potato salad. The meat is smoked and you add the choice of three sauces. The place is clean on the inside, the workers are pleasant and there's plenty of room to sit. Take a break enjoy a good meal and relax. Don't let the outside the building tell you what you need to know about what's on the inside. First time I ever been in a place with 20 men and I'm the only woman.
