A colleague and I jumped off the interstate to go to a different restaurant that turned out to be inside a gas station and we were turning around next to the Arsenal and frankly were underwhelmed by the exterior. There were cars there though and when looked up it had 4.6 stars so we decided to take a chance. This place could be the picture in the dictionary for divey, in a good way. The menu board is loaded with greasy spoon favorites and they had homemade candy for sale on the counter. You could get a bologna burger, vegetable soup and grilled cheese combo, and many more. I opted for the "world famous" hot dog. I got it with the homemade chili and slaw on top of mustard and onions. I wouldn't class it as world famous but it was a solid entry in the diner dog category.
