I’m traveling for work and I stopped here for breakfast based on the recommendation from a local. It’s the definition of a treasured hole in the wall restaurant that you’d have to be a local to know about. It wasn’t fancy food, but it was good food. Delicious. What was really striking was the atmosphere. It was like I had just gone to someone’s kitchen to hang out and eat. Everyone there knew each other and talked and so did the owner who was also the cook and the waitress and she did all those things perfectly and simultaneously somehow. She was able to mix up my omelette while discussing local goings on with a patron without skipping a beat. An old guy comes in and just goes to the coffee and pours himself a cup. Another patron does the same and offers me a refill. It’s like you just walked into some family’s kitchen and now they’re your family too. But you get to leave and never see them again if you don’t want to. And you don’t have to do the dishes or feel guilty about it. Great...

Ordered the porkchop it was very filling and tasty the devil eggs were like grandmother had the potato salad was so good. I will return to this fresh find of a diner . Very good home cooked food .
