I just had a baby, and a sweet family friend offered to bring us dinner from here. My husband and I told her our orders and orders for our two children. We were disappointed to learn that children’s menu items cannot be bought via takeout (?!), which is just ridiculous. So neither of my kids ended up with food. I ordered the calabash shrimp with a baked potato. My husband ordered a chicken breast with a baked potato. When we opened our boxes at home, we had zero condiments. Nothing. No sour cream or butter for the potatoes. No cocktail sauce for the shrimp. Not even plastic utensils or the super-cheap packets of salt and pepper. For the extremely high price of the dinner, WHY would there be zero condiments?! I don’t want a dry potato! Who wants just a potato wrapped in aluminum foil?! I’ve had a baby. I can’t just waltz out to the grocery store and buy sour cream, butter, cocktail sauce, and honey mustard for the chicken. Even cheap fast food restaurants know to include sauces with their meals. I quote my husband when I say, ‘We will never eat at the Wagon Wheel again’, and the last time we were there anyway was 2014 because the service was so bad. I called to order 2 dinner boxes-12 Wing Boat (hot) and 12 Wing Boat (teriyaki), both with tater tots. A total of 24. When I opened the box & ready eat, I realized that each box only had 6 wings in it. I called the restaurant & let them know that my order was short. I was expecting friendly & honest people to admit their mistakes but no. I could not believe the girl's attitude on the phone. She was short and tried to accuse me of lying. She kept saying she personally packed me 12 wings. Yes, 12 wings NOT 24 like I ordered. Even national well known wing restaurants in Charlotte do not even sell 12 wings with tater tots for $34.10. No where in Charlotte, period.

I ordered take out- Chicken Philly Cheese Steak, salad and fries. No way was I given chicken, it was chopped beef or burger. I called and the female said it was probably due to the grill browning it- seriously? I know the difference between chicken and beef. Then to top that off, they put the salad in with the warm food- so I essentially had warm salad with warm ranch dressing. The same female stated that's the way we've always done it unless you ask for salad in separate container. Really? What planet are you from ? I should've just thrown $28 out the car window. Never again, and you all should be ashamed of how you serve food. Maybe that's why you don't allow customers inside, so no in person complaints. Pitiful restaurant, deserve less...
