Terrible customer service, a manager there named Jeanette has a nasty attitude with her employees as well as her customers. Unfortunately when reported to the owners of the shop they defended her disgusting behavior, saying “if she’s like that it’s for a reason” unbelievable! No one should ever treat their employees and customers so poorly, she humiliated an employee in front of other customers too. 110% do not recommend coming here and supporting this establishment. Honestly, this place would be so much better if someone like her...

Today I asked for a cucumber juice and they gave me a mix of bacteria because the gentleman working in the place was not willing to clean the juicer.

The cleaning and healthy issues of the two employees involved are very poor, owner should train their employees according to the Health Department Rules.

I do not recommend this place for now, besides healthy and clean skills, the gentleman has very poor customer service skills. He should be grateful to have a job. And not to argue with the manager in front...

Terrible customer service... if I could give a 0 I would. Their ice creams are terrible and all their other desserts are terrible as well. Needs better food honestly. How is fresas con crema going to be made with strawberry jam that can be bought for a dollar instead of actual strawberries and instead of crema its just vanilla ice cream.
