I had the WORST experience here with the customer service. Their customer service is AWFUL. I went to have drinks and get something to eat after an event yesterday with my parents. It was busy and they were low staffed. I work in a restaurant so I am very patient with food service, I know how stressful it can be. We ordered drinks and a pizza up at the bar and told them what table we were sitting at and I pointed. I had just finished a CrossFit competition so I had been exercising all day, so I was hungry. We waited 45 min and still no pizza. Everyone who ordered food got their food before us. Even people who ordered after us. I politely went up to the bar and asked one of the bartenders if they could check on my pizza and give an estimated time. I am a type one diabetic and I have to take insulin 10 min before I start eating. She checked on it and just shrugged her shoulders and said it should be out soon. So I said ok and walked away. 15-20 min later, still no food and decrying else was getting their food still, so I knew something was wrong. I went up to the bar yet again and asked about the pizza again. I said “I know I just checked on my pizza but I see everyone else getting their food and I am just wonder why it’s been over an hour for a pizza. I am a diabetic and I am eager to eat my food because I can’t drink alcohol without eating food.” So, the man that was behind the bar, big beard, white man, was over hearing the conversation with the bartender I was talking to and he came over and started to say “next door didn’t tell us there was an event going on and we are low staffed” which I understand, but still not an excuse to take an hour for 1 pizza. THEN he said to me “If I were a diabetic, I probably would’ve brought snacks with me.” This is the most disrespectful thing to say!!!!!! I could not believe he said it to me. I looked at him and I said “actually I did have snacks already but would like actual food that I ordered an hour ago.” I will NEVER go back to that place!!!!! They ended up giving my pizza to the wrong table and they didn’t even apologize to me for it. So they ended up bringing me my pizza about 10 min after that...

I'm on a quest to visit as many breweries as I can, and Drunken Rabbit caught my eye because of its name. As it turned out, there's much more here than just a funny name. The brewery consists of one big indoor space with no separation, though a patio is also available outside. Besides the beer itself, there is a kitchen and a virtual sports simulator to rent.

For this review I tried most of their beers on tap, and I can say that all of them are solid. If I were to give recommendations, then they will go to their Black IPA (Donny Darko) as not many breweries bother to brew this beer. But I thoroughly enjoyed their Stouts (Archemedes' War Machine and Tropical Workboot) and Milkshake IPA (Fizzics 101). Lagers were more expensive than in any other brewery, but they also had a funny twist about each one of them, so should be good to try. You can order beer flights.

The pizza was ok, the good part about the food was the selection - you do not see Turkey Pickle pizzas often. They have a cool logo and a ton of merch boasting that logo. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices are above average, but you pay for the quality and variety, which I'm perfectly fine with.

All in all, I do recommend this brewery, especially for craft beer...

I was at the Drunken Rabbit for a vendor fair. I fell in love with this bar! It is tucked away in a warehouse and Has so many TVs that can be viewed from every angle. The seating is amazing. I did not use the ladies room so I cannot speak to that. They have a multi sport VR simulator. The staff was so attentive to our needs. They kept coming around asking how we were doing. They do have a waitress that goes around to all of the tables. The temperature is just right, not too hot and not too cold. They sell Drunken Rabbit merchandise which is so cool, T-shirts and sweatshirts. The food smelled so mouthwatering. I only wish I had time to order. I will definitely be going back when I can spend more time actually enjoying the bar and all it has to offer. I know that they run events on a regular basis, such as open mic nights, Karaoke, and Trivia night. And then the special events like the one I attended. I will be returning in March for the wagon wheel decorating, do yourself a favor and drive out to South Hadley, and check out this bar. You...
