Some of the workers are friendly but the other workers have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT ALL AND ARE VERY RUDE!! I ORDERED MY FOOD AND there was people waiting, and right after I ordered the went in a circle and started talking again and made the people behind me wait for a few mins until they said.excuse me.. MESSED UP! other time, there was a line and i started ordering and a girl behind me was asking the cashier if she can just make her order because she used to work there ..and people that were working said they didnt care so she went behind there and started making her own food while other customers were waiting..THAT WAS SOO RUDE!! I did ask what this kid name was who was so helpful and very respectful and had a smile on his fsce saying HI To all the customers and when someone asked a question he was being very respectful and helped as much as he could with a smile on his face.. I actually think everytime i went there he was really good to the customers nomatter how busy it was in there..His name is ZACK and he said he just started there not to long ago!! Read moreThey had me wait for my food to be made, my fries were cold and greasy, as in I could squeeze the grease out of the fries. They were gritty, and covered in black specs, it seemed like they rubbed my fries with/in dirt and served them, my gravy was cold. So here I am waiting for my food to be made, and it seemed as if they scraped it off the floor. I took one bite and and instantly asked for refund.
So I washed it down with my root beer, it was flat and had one or two ice cubes as if it was waiting to be served after it was once already returned.
When I asked for the refund, I was told to return the drink as well(gladly!), AND they placed the food in the heat lamps with the REST of the food. Now, whether they were going to serve it again or not, I dont know, but why would you put someone's food that has been returned and mix with other people's food. The place had flies inside and the workers appeared be no older at 17yrs of age.

Read moreThis was not cool that a friend of mine posted yesterday that you guys had a sign that said you were closed due to exposure to COVID-19. I would think you would announce this to the general public so whom ever goes there knows that they were exposed. That was totally not cool, I was there throughout the week and a couple days later visiting my parents, I could have possibly exposed them and contaminated them with the virus. Now here I am monitoring me and my children’s temps hoping and praying we didn’t get sick not just for our health but both of my parents as well who both have underlying conditions and so does my husband. You need to take better safety precautions to insure the general public stays healthy as well. I will be praying for whom ever was sick and contaminated the place but I do seriously suggest that if there is another incident like this please let the public know. Great food and good service...
