Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Londonderry Township

I work for MHS so I was a regular at this Dunkin but today turned me away from this location for good. I ordered 50 munchkins. My total was 11.99, I give her a gift card for $10 then was going to use my card to pay the $1.99 difference. She hands me my donuts I give her my card because Unfortunately I didn’t not have cash. She runs my card 3 times and it’s canceled because of the “chip” I guess. She tells me do you have any other form of payment. I said no I don’t I only my card because this was going to be a quick to trip. She looks at me like I need to pay the $2.79? Yea where did that price come from idk. I keep telling her my card is fine you can manually type my number or swipe it. I get it’s money but the customer service and the way she handled her self about the situation and then laughed after my card went through was so disrespectful. I will never give...

This is the WORST Dunkin in the area. I've had to loop back around and have them remake my coffee more times then I can count. Today I went back and had them remake my cold brew and somehow they made it even worse then the first time! So I went around a 2nd time which is a new record and the Manager, some indian lady, told me she made my drink right the 1st time and she isnt making me another one. So she had them give me a refund. Yes you read that right. They couldnt get a simple cold brew with cream and caramel right, that they had to refund me. Very unprofessional and ignorant manager. Had to stop going here because of how bad it was. Everytime I go, I get a simple carmel cold brew with cold foam & cream and the last few times I've gotten whipped cream over black coffee. Usually they just give me black coffee with a hint of cold foam. Went around had them remake it today and they gave me the same thing, whipped cream and black cold brew. Disgusting.
