Let me start off by saying the service was great! Our waiter was attentive and tried to be helpful. It was pretty dead around 7:30 pm on a weekday. Lots of tables open inside and it looked like they have outside seating too.

Okay so - the food is very hit or miss. I would give it 2.5 stars if I could. It’s either really good or really, REALLY bad. No in between. Coconut shrimp and seafood soup of the day (cream of crab): tasty, just wish the soup came out hot. Cocktails: Bahama mama was great but orange creamsicle was gross and curdled.

Entrees: my husband’s seafood Alfredo was really good. The entree I wanted was not available so I got the Surf and Turf. BIG MISTAKE. I asked for a medium steak, which you can see was beyond well done and I could barely cut into it because it was like leather. Our waiter did come by to tell us that people always send this steak back since they added it to the menu, which I wish I knew when I ordered it. It was so bad - literally the worst steak I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. Was going to send it back but it was closing time, so my dog will eat it (although even our dog eats better steak than this haha). The side of rice was also the worst I’ve ever had - it smelled and tasted horrible. The mashed potatoes were good and so were the au gratin scallops. The creme brulee dessert was amazing.

So - you might love what you had or hate it and never want to go back. You don’t get a discount or the meal removed from the check if it’s bad, even if it’s so bad that it literally shouldn’t be on the menu. Things sell out as they get close to changing their menu for the season. Take it...

This is the 2nd chance we have given this place (to be fair bc people have bad days). But twice now, we got a "new server" (CLEARLY not ready to be "on her own"). We were sat inside after waiting 30min for an outdoor seat when there were 12 tables open (& yes we counted). After seated (no silverware). Server took about 15min to come get drink order so we decided to order apps & meal all at once. The bang bang shrimp btw... horrible. All breading. No shrimp inside to even taste. The calamari was whole baby squids after specifically asking if they were just rings & told "I think so". So apps were brought out... STILL no silverware, nor plates... nor drinks yet. And ill fast forward to dinner (ONE HOUR LATER) for 1 steak & 3 kids meals... there was no lettuce, onion, mayo, ketchup or mustard on either burger (specifically added the add-ons)... again.... this was a repeat issue last time as well. And as for my $38 RARE filet mignon... it came out medium to medium well, upon sending it back my 2nd steak (again emphasizing RARE) came out *after 20mins (which is INSANE for a RARE recook). And this time was more of a burnt black outside and a dark brown, a HINT of "pink" (NO RED) -medium. The cook came out to argue with me the inside temp was "107" & I showed them pics of a "RARE" steak & they said they would take it off my bill (seeing as how I had NOT ONE BITE). My server brought the bill, WITH THE STEAK on it. And we had to ask the cook to refill the drinks. 100/100 won't ever return. Poor service. Over priced, over cooked, over...

My wife and I visited The Fiddlers for a company dinner, and this is an honest account of our experience. We arrived at 6:30 PM to find that our reserved table was not ready. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, we had to share menus due to a lack of available ones. We started with appetizers and drinks, placing our main dish orders at the same time. The appetizers, including the blackened tuna, didn’t arrive until 7:15 PM. Unfortunately, the tuna was overcooked and tough, and the rest of the appetizers were mediocre at best. The main dishes didn’t arrive until 8:00 PM, and all were missing their accompanying sides. We had to remind the staff of what we originally ordered. This issue affected everyone at our table. When we ordered a second round of drinks, we were told the bar was backed up, despite there being only two patrons at the bar, no one left in the dining area, and no bartender in sight. My wife’s first drink, ordered early in the evening, didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM, just as we were preparing to leave. As for the food, I ordered the seafood Alfredo, which was served cold and lacked flavor. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not choose to dine here on my own.

Fiddler's is a nice restaurant with a cool atmosphere. It's quite expensive so you would hope that whatever you are getting is fresh and exciting. I had asked for a side salad with only lettuce and salad dressing with croutons. An option to have only that was romaine lettuce. I was brought out a plate of romaine that was sub par quality (in the picture below) I asked for a replacement and the waitress was very nice about it (she was great in general which is why I rated this review high). My steak was delicious and I highly recommend. My review is here to make sure you do not put up with bad quality especially when your meal is around 40 dollars. The pictures speak for themselves. You decide. Overall, I believe I will return at some point.
