I ordered a sub meal from the Subway app. I get a text saying it'll be delivered via DoorDash. When it comes it is merely just the sub; no chips, no drink. The Dasher informs me there wasn't anything with the sub at the pickup. I call the restaurant. The girl, Crystal, was quite dismissive. I hung up and drove down the mountain from Nemacolin (passing another franchise). Upon my arrival, Crystal, had signage on every single table essentially forbidding customers to sit and eat. All the glass signage was wrinkled and hard to read. She passed all the blame to the Dasher. After returning home I realize they even got the meat wrong. They put chicken on my steak sub. Returning again she (with more attitude than necessary) retrieved my reciept just to be proven wrong. Then began sweeping dust into the air as the other person remade my sub. The lady complained she was working a Sunday, said i "had no one in the car. Just my dog". My wife was riding in the back seat with our infant. Just horrible. Not long before the guy finished his order, someone pulled up to drive thru, we didnāt think much of it because we were there first, figured weād get waited on next. NOPE. THE GIRL LOOKED RIGHT AT US AND THEN WENT TO THE WINDOW. Apparently, the best way to get service here is to go to drive thru.
