Twisters Burgers and Burritos — Restaurant in South Valley

Didn't eat there but went to take a photo of friend there because of it being site on "Breaking Bad."

Universe couldn't have written a better serindiputous script today for myself and my "Breaking Bad" fan friends! Knowing that much of the "Breaking Bad" series was filmed around Alburquerque, my gf, Kaitlyn, was determined to take a photo in front of Twisters Burgers. This is site that was chicken restaurant shown in the popular cable series. Her and her bf, David, even went to Home Depot and purchased "accessories" for the photo. Both the face ventilator mask and rubber gloves were what the main character used as he was making crack cocaine in his beat up RV. When we got to restaurant it barely looked liked the place seen in the show. As David helped Kaitlyn put on the ventilator mask, I saw an RV parked in the distance and suggested that we maybe take a photo in front of it later given that the character's RV was a big part of the storyline. Ten minutes later, as Kaitlyn is getting out of car to pose outside of the restaurant, a BREAKING BAD TOUR BUS pulls in the parking lot!!! I immediately notice multiple cameras popping out of the bus windows as tourists get sight of Kaitlyn dressed in "Breaking Bad" garb. I was screaming in delight!!! Better yet, the tour operators allowed the three of us to go inside the bus and take photos... exact replica of the RV meth lab shown in the series!!! We, seriously, could not have dreamed up a better moment, especially for the show's #1...

During my visit the manager whose name was Claudia had an attitude like she was proud to be rude. I took my order home and discovered that the food was burnt I wouldn't mind so much but it tasted terrible. So I took it back.

Claudia acted as if I was delusional, and since she didn't know I speak Spanish she was explaining to the cook with a sarcastic attitude that I thought the food was burnt. Both her and the cook were rolling their eyes at me.

I pointed out in Spanish that it is burnt and it was not satisfactory. So she offered to give me my money back instead of redo the order as I had asked. So I agreed. She acted proud to say that it would take 5 days which I didn't mind but she acted as if I would have a bad reaction to it.

Earlier in I was asking her where the keys to the bathroom are. after ignoring me for just few minutes she looks at me and rolls her eyes and she says can't you see them right there because they were hanging on the wall.

After entering the bathroom I noticed that it was unkept. I always say that when the bathroom is dirty I could imagine how the kitchen is. Because we as customers see the bathroom, we don't see the kitchen. If they don't keep a place that we see clean imagine the place that we don't see.

I've been to other twisters locations and I love the food. But I wouldn't even think of stepping foot in that location ever again and I would recommend it to...

I already reached out to your website and left a review and have yet to hear back, so I assume you didn’t read my whole post .... so here it is again...

We are tourists from out of town who wanted to stop to see the location and have a burger. I was excited because my favorite TV show was filmed here. I walked in and placed an order to eat in store, my husband came in a little bit after me and had our outside of drinks that we wanted to enjoy with our meal. One of the employees stopped us dead in our tracks and told us that they did not allow outside food or drinks although upon looking around I saw that there was another couple who did, in fact, have outside drinks. I had to change my order to-go which seemed like it inconvenienced the employee as well because she gave an attitude when I asked if she could change it. We then had to eat in our car which was very disappointing being that we stopped for the experience. We also did not see any sign stating that there are no outside food or drinks allowed. I called them and asked if they had a district phone number on hand and they told me they did not and that I can find everything on the website. I did not get the employees name, but she has short red hair and a tattoo under her left eye. The whole experience was disheartening. I already reached out to your main website to leave the feedback.
