Grill Life Barbecue — Restaurant in South Whitehall Township

We had a birthday party over the weekend and I ordered from Grill Life BBQ.

IT WAS DELICIOUS! Every single person at the party asked me where I got the food from.

The ordering process was very simple. The catering menu is right on their facebook page and they are transparent with pricing. Picking up the order was a breeze too. The owner was readily available to answer questions about allergens etc.

The meat was absolutely delicious and flavorful. I ordered 1/2 trays of pulled pork, pulled chicken, and brisket. The brisket was so tender and had a perfect smoke ring. The Mac and Cheese is what I would call “fancy”. It was seasoned, smoked, and I believe had Gouda cheese in it. It was absolutely delicious and very rich. The coleslaw was classic and fabulous. The baked beans were actually my favorite bite. They were sweet and smokey and super yummy. The order included 4 different sauces. Tangy, Sweet, Spicy, and Alabama. I personally only tried the sweet, but I heard from others that the Spicy sauce was a favorite. Alabama is a mayo based sauce. I had never heard of it before.

Overall rating is a 9.5/10!! ⭐️ Knocking off .5 because I’m more of a classic Mac and Cheese gal, and even though the fancy Mac was really good, I would have preferred something more simple.

Easily best brisket in the area. Sliced, as it should be, and juicy... Good smoke ring... Daughter lover her chopped chicken sandwich... The creamy slaw and the brisket beans were delicious... With a bit of the sauce added... Might need a little longer cook but definite with it... You won't be hungry after the brisket sandwich... Thanks.

I can't believe it's been so long since I've been back... Had another brisket sandwich yesterday... Was one of the best tasting sandwiches ever, still. Sliced brisket piled high... Add a bit of the sweet BBQ sauce. Heaven... The brisket beans are cravable and so good... Them there was this new item since I was there last.. The pakman... I got mine with pulled chicken on top of the Mac and cheese... You will not be disappointed... So good... Even the day after fresh out of the fridge...

It must be so hard to work out there in the heat so please stop by to kero them going......

Being from the south I am so, so picky about BBQ and I’ve tried quite a few places before I stumbled onto grill life. My girlfriends and I have tried almost everything on their menu and this is by far the best BBQ we have ever had!! It never fails that we stop in to place an order at least a few times a week. ..The food is usually gone by the time we think to take a picture and leave a review 😂

It was pouring rain today and one of the guys even offered to bring my dinner to my car after I had paid so I didn’t have to wait in the rain. It’s the kind thoughtful things that keep you returning to a business, and I had to make sure I left a review before my move back down south 💛

And yes there’s a loaded potato somewhere under all of that smokey BBQ and a bottom bun under that mountain high rib sandwich! You really can’t beat the quality and the kindness you...
