Pizzaville — Restaurant in Southborough

Most of their food is pretty good and their menu is versatile with a lot of options. Our last visit was a pickup. I got a terrific Steak Bomb Sub and a Ceasar Salad with Grilled Chicken. My order was fine. I can't say the same for my wife who got a Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken. We hadn't been there in a long time. Many months in fact. The reason was that my wife had the Grilled Chicken and it was pink on the inside the last time. Well this time I ordered Grilled Chicken and it was fine. But my wife's Grilled Chicken was again pink inside on many pieces. We didn't call to complain. And I don't want to give these guys a negative review up here, but the undercooked Chicken ruined our meal experience because my wife was miserable to the point that she threw the chicken out and resorted to Turkey Breast we had in our Deli drawer in our refrigerator. We also had a delivery issue with them a year ago with the delivery person delivering our food to the wrong address and not giving us a receipt. Overall these guys do a good job, but undercooked Chicken twice in 2 consecutive deliveries is unacceptable. It kept us away from ordering from them one whole year and here we are again. I didn't want to complain or give them a negative review, but someone at Pizzaville needs to tell the cooks to butterfly their Chicken and cook it thoroughly. Not the same Mama Rosa's. New owner of the property, new restaurant, new menu, new building, new everything. I was a little worried to go here as I was less than impressed with Mama Rosa's. Wow what a great restaurant!!! I bought pizzas, buffalo chicken wings and the I love chicken for me. I got some baklava too! The chicken with yams was really really great. Healthy, hot, large portion, yummy! I highly recommend it. I couldn't help myself so I had some pizza and wings too. Really great too. I didn't get the opportunity to try the baklava but my Greek wife and son loved it. All in all a really great new restaurant. SouthboroSout really needed a place like this. Regarding the staff. Absolute gem of a place. Fresh ingredients, great consistency, and an awesome family-run establishment.

Been getting food here for about 3 years now. Consistently delicious. Today we ordered a bacon chicken ranch pizza and my nephew said "this is the best version of this pizza I've ever had!" Love Pizzaville and their commitment to quality! Highly recommend it!!
