Dunkin' — Restaurant in Southbridge

The first day I went, they shoved a half a dozen donuts into one bag. They were ruined. I mean, donut mush. I also ordered two cappuccinos, and they gave me one and then made me wait over 5 minutes for the second one. Okay, everyone gets a free pass once, right?

The second day I went, my kid's hot chocolate tasted like someone whispered chocolate to hot water, and the chai had so much mix in it I looked like a goat trying to swallow it. I paid in cash, and an employee handed me bills and change. I took just the bills and said please hold on, one second, and she barked a terse thanks and threw the change in the tip jar, slamming the window shut. Ignored me. They slapped together two drinks unworthy of the name, I want my 87 cents. I am not sorry.

Third and final visit this morning-please understand, I'm a mother of five, it's the closest by far- they had no food. At all. They were only serving beverages and they said it was because they were short on staff, but there was three people on the floor as always. Surely a bagel could have been thawed. A cup of sprinkles....

Great people. Horrible coffee. Sandwiches are always burnt or not cooked at all. Sometimes soggy if it’s an English muffin. Been going here for years and it’s really gone down hill. Only one person there knows how to make an iced latte and I’ll give her 2-5 dollar tips every time. Your not supposed to pour the espresso directly over the ice. They still do. And I get watered down coffee. You mix with the milk first soo it’s not hot. I now have to ask for my ice on the side so I can do their job for them. They say open till 7 but they’re always closed 15 minutes before. They’ll take 5 orders from the drive thru before they even consider taking an order from the lobby. This used to be my favorite dunks. Whoever runs this place please do something. The staff are great people they just don’t know how...

Horrible management. Heather is horrible and seems to have lost her mind and can’t run an establishment to save her life. It’s like a family ran business with all her kids in there. She doesn’t treat her staff well and has favorites. You apply for a position and get hours you can’t work but best believe her and her kids have what they want. She overworks her staff and doesn’t appreciate the good employees she has. I was pregnant the whole time there and did not only my job but multiple peoples because she let them do...
