I don't give 5 starts unless it's deserved. I went here for the first time today. I got the regular crumb cake, and the reuben witch was fanatic even though it wasn't made on the grill because I was late. They closed the grill at two. I showed up at 2:30. I also had an egg bagel that was the perfect mix of chewy but tough outside but soft chewy inside. I got butter this time, so I don't know if they respect the smear yet.... Will see next time I haven't tried the croissant I got yet but for all that the price was unbelievable I'll let you find that out your self would eat here every day Just an up date went in a few days later to try the porkrole, and it was made perfectly. The cheese was the perfect amount of melty, and the egg to porkroll ratio was perfect. I will say I gave my order to a girl behind the counter, and there was a mistake made that could have just been a very easy misunderstanding. I had left then come back after the grill was closed, but they very politely offered any cold sandwich to correct the mistake, which was perfectly fine with me. They ended up just giving me a pre-made porkrole that was exactly what I wanted just missing one thing that they kindly added to the sandwich with out a hassle and still offered the cold sandwitch for the mistake witch I declined. I also found out that this wonderful restaurant gives most of its baked goods to a local soup kitchen in the area at the end of the day, which for me is the iceing on the cake I love a local company that gives back!

Found this spot while driving home one day from a work trip An unassuming little bagel shop with some great variety The “breakfast bagel” (bacon and cheese infused) was a delight. French toast bagel looks like it has a cinnamon sugar niblet on it, which was a huge surprise (it looks like chocolate chips but it is not). They have some unique stuff like the crumb cake squares and the bagel dogs that I’d want to try next time The staff are very friendly and welcoming and warm, just like the bagels Bacon cheese bagel had real chunks of bacon in it. Jalapeño cheddar bagel had real chunks of jalapeños. Just fantastic.

I never write reviews but had to after I came here. Came in to get an egg cheese sandwich and was advised by the friendly counter person to try a pumpernickel bagel with a hash brown on it!! It was AMAZING! It was the best breakfast sandwich i have ever had!! I love this place and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.

This place used to be amazing. New ownership created problems. Was in not too long ago and it was enough of an experience that I haven't and will not ever return. Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and went over the order with the woman behind the counter, 3 times, correcting her because she wrote it down wrong and seemed easily confused. She gave the order to the girl at the grill, and I had to correct her again, due to her giving the wrong order to the girl. Once my order was ready, I paid, tipped, and left with a thank you. While driving home, I opened one of the sandwiches and discovered that it was wrong. Stopped to check all 3 sandwiches and discovered they were wrong as well (They were supposed to be Taylor Ham and cheese but they all had egg on them). I turned around and went back to correct the order. Explained the problem to a guy at the counter this time who seemed perturbed and said he'd remake the order. While waiting for the order, I see the woman who originally took my order walk by behind the counter and gave me a dirty look, but said nothing. I get my corrected order and leave. As I'm sitting in my car checking my sandwiches, a different woman (the owner) walks outside and approaches my car. I put down my window and ask if I could help her. She proceeds to tell me that she'll correct any order that they mess up but will not allow anyone to be nasty and disrespectful to her employees. Confused, I asked what she was talking about. Again she says that she will not tolerate me being nasty to her employees, especially a female employee. I politely explained that I didn't even speak to a female on my second visit inside to have my order corrected and I was beyond polite on my first visit when I did speak to her. She then tried to explain that I needed to understand that I'm big and intimidating looking so I came across as nasty. Again, I explained that I was nothing but polite. I was then told that the female employee allegedly went over my order and made it correctly. I explained that I corrected her several times and she didn't take it down correctly. She then tried to tell me again, that I needed to understand that I was big and intimidating looking and how that could make someone nervous. At this point I've been insulted and essentially called a liar. I told her that I've been coming there for years, well before she bought the establishment, and that I was very bothered by her attitude and accusations as well as her employee lying about me to get out of trouble for her mistakes. She acknowledged that I was a regular and said that she would speak to the employee again but at no time offered me an apology for her actions or accusations. I was highly offended by this whole event, and have not returned since, which is a shame because it used to be a great deli under the original owners and a place that my family loved. Very disappointed and definitely do not recommend. I had originally not intended to make the review due to seeing that they had already received some bad reviews, but had recently had someone ask me about this place. I relayed the story and they told me that it had nothing but 5 star reviews. I looked it up and realized that all previous reviews for this establishment had been removed and that there were only a handful of reviews and all were 5 stars. Not sure how they had all the other reviews removed but definitely want it understood that it is not a 5 star...

The food here is great, but the setting and customer service are terrible. My family has been coming here every Saturday, but today was the last straw. The ordering process is always a chaotic mess.

First, the woman taking our order tried to give us a half-made bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich — it looked like she wrapped it up before it was even ready. The man making the food stopped her and had her bring it back to finish, which wasn’t a big deal.

However, when we got to the car, I realized she hadn’t put cream cheese on my kids’ bagels. Again, not a big deal — I went back inside to get it fixed. But when I told her, she seemed annoyed and told me I’d have to pay for it again. I explained that I had already paid, but she insisted, “If you had paid for that, I would have given it to you.”

I reminded her that she had confirmed three times that the plain bagels came with cream cheese (since the other bagel I ordered had veggie cream cheese). She started arguing with me and raising her voice. I asked her to check the receipts at the register, but she said she couldn’t find it and continued to argue.

If I hadn’t paid for the cream cheese, I wouldn’t have minded paying the extra dollar — but I did pay, and there’s no reason to argue with or be rude to customers. Sadly, after years of coming here, we...
