Las Delicias food truck — Restaurant in Spearman

WOW!!! This is the best taco truck in Texas, maybe the entire world!!! I am in Spearman for work. I went driving around to see what I could find for food and by chance, I came across this little gemstone. I like to consider myself a connoisseur of taco trucks. And I believe I just found my favorite one! I had the asada tacos with rice and beans. The tacos even came with a little cheese quesadilla free of charge, which was delicious. The meat was the cleanest and most flavorful I’ve ever experienced. There were also cucumbers that I believe she grew in her own garden because they were so fresh, same for the peppers as well. The salsa was also down right AMAZING, both the red and green. And last but definitely not least, the rice and beans were very delicious! She also makes breakfast and I can’t wait to try that tomorrow morning. The lady that made my food was very sweet and kindhearted. I will be so sad to have to leave Spearman when my work here is complete. I could seriously see myself making the 6 hour drive back just to visit this taco truck! Great prices and wonderful...
