Nutz Deep II North — Restaurant in Spencer

Stopped for a quick burger for lunch. Service was mediocre to bad, at best. Waiter seemed irritated we were there after we seated ourselves. We waited a solid 5 minutes for acknowledgement and menus. A group of guys that were there Previously had to go to bar to get their check and seemed irritated. Not knowing their frustration we got our drinks and had to ask for waiter to take our order as he Was busy talking to kitchen staff and looking at his phone multiple times. Food arrived promptly but couldn’t get service unless we flagged the server down. We waited 10 minutes for refills of our 3 pops and 2 tap beers as waiter was again talking to kitchen staff and looking on his phone. I’ll also add there was only one other table with 2 customers that seemed irritated with their service.Food was Good. Whole experience was almost 2 hours. Should’ve been less than 45...

Stopped in on a recommendation from my nephew. My wife and I both ordered the Nuts Deep Burger, I ordered seasoned fries and my wife ordered waffle fries. The burger was cooked perfectly, it came topped with caramelized onions and bacon along with the cheese. The wait staff was very prompt and courteous. We also stopped at their sister pub (Nuts Deep 2) in Marshfield, About 10 miles south. We stopped in there and had the Walleye fish fry and that was great also (sorry I didn't get any pictures, we started eating too fast). Wait staff brought me back change.....21$ bill. I gave her 40 bucks and asked for changed. I get 35 and change back, and then my buddy didn't even get charged for his food or drinks. Had a gyro.....it was ice cold and way over cooked. Fries were soggy and undercooked..... wasn't happy. Maybe they knew they messed up and that's y they didn't charge my buddy for a meal and brought more change back than they should have. And no......i did not tell them they brought the wrong change back. Bad food, a server that doesn't know how to operate a calculator is not my fault.... if 4+4 is jello, a waitress job may...
