The hostess was prompt and courteous. The servers were complacent, and weren’t very attentive (waited for refills for a while). We had to wait a long time for chips and salsa (which were good), the server put our straws in our drinks (not supposed to), the barbacoa tacos were lacking flavor and the corn tortillas tasted like they just pulled them out of the wrapper and threw them on the plate. The beef fajita on the nachos tasted cheap, and were a tough chew. I went to pay at the front, wanted a peppermint to go, and they were melted in their packets. Overall, the service was poor, but they all seemed nice. The food was overpriced, and was low quality. You can tell if you’ve ever had good Mexican food. Im trying to add the positive to a negative experience. I just thought the next person should know.

(The place was almost empty, so the wait time wasn’t because the servers were busy)

P.s. They offer discounts to fire and police, but nothing...

I have mixed emotions about this place. The scenery was nice, most of the food was good, but the main dish was NOWHERE worth what we paid. I paid over $200 for 3 people! I've never in my life paid that eating Spanish food. The main course was $65 a plate (roughly) and it was truly mediocre. I couldn't see the price for the dish we ordered otherwise we would have never ordered 2 $65 dishes. It came with about 12 shrimp, 1 potato, 1corn, and the skinniest crab legs I've seen in a while. The taste was almost non-existent on the whole platter as well (All the other food was pretty decent). I can go right down the road here at Cajun City and get 1lb of Peeled Shrimp with 2 taters and a corn for about 14 bucks. And the flavor is crazy good. I'm honestly pee'd at the whole situation with this Puebloritaville. The price was not worth what we got in quality, and quantity. Do not order the "Seafood Platter"...

It was great food. Same food as in Cleveland though. So I don’t think I’ll travel to Splendora to get the same thing. The Pineapple Rita was AMAZING! Our waiter was Francisco. He did not wait on us. He was more concerned about his patio customers than us, his only inside table. The other waiters inside took care of us more. Francisco only came to our table to take our order, deliver food and give us our ticket, which we had to flag him down for, after being finished with our food for almost 15 minutes. He never cleared our table from appetizers, he never asked us for refills, he never came to ask how everything was. NOTHING! I give this place 3.5 out of 5. It’s nothing different than Pueblo Viejo, which I love, so I’ll be sticking with...
