We made the drive out to The Red Rock Bar and Grill, last night, to try their famous mutton chislic and it did not disappoint! The grilled chislic was cut into small pieces, making them nice and tender (we ordered the cook medium). They were flavored well (though we did add a wee bit of garlic salt, at the table, bc that's how we like our chislic). We also ordered Sriracha dry rub and parmesan garlic wings. The wings were cooked to perfection, crispy but not dry. The Sriracha seasoning was yummy, but I was most impressed that the parmesan garlic wings weren't slapped with some fakey bottled sauce. They were rolled in real garlic butter with real grated parmesan on top (just how we make them at home)! The service was excellent, super friendly and helpful! *Oh, and for you ranch connoisseurs, the ranch was "good ranch"! 👍🏼 We will be back!

We don’t make it out to Sioux Falls very often but when we do it’s mandatory that we take a trip out to Brandon to Red Rock Bar and Grill. The food is fantastic and people-watching the locals never gets boring. Last time we were out there we went for lunch and dinner.

Outstanding chislic (both mutton and beef), medium rare is the best, with fries or tots, friendly staff and patrons, and a great SD bar atmosphere. Highly recommend you give it a try. Little off the beaten path, but worth the journey!

Awesome dive bar with even better food. I say dive bar in a positive sincere way. In reality the place is kept exceptionally clean, the help is always happy and friendly. The food is amazing. Tried for the first time a Black and Blue burger and my gawd I’ve either been punished for the last 40 years of my life or finally being rewarded in not sure and frankly do not care. I’m just happy it’s now a part of my life….. it’s that good! And don’t let me forget Wednesday night Bike night. I don’t own a bike and that hardly matters. It’s called bike night but really at its core it’s an outdoor live band, food trucks, beer, bonfire and a hell of a lot of people all having fun. Never once have a seen anyone have a problem, argument or other wise there. It’s like everyone goes to have a good time and that’s that….. just imagine. Well done...

I had an amazing time at The Redrock Bar! Not only was my burger and salad incredibly delicious, but the friendly waitress added to the fantastic experience. The comfortable pub chairs were a pleasant surprise, making it the perfect spot to unwind.

What sets The Redrock apart is its convenient parking, a refreshing change from the hassle of navigating through downtown traffic. No need to drive around for blocks searching for a parking spot!

I'm definitely coming back for more mouthwatering food and ice-cold beer. The Redrock Bar is a hidden gem you won't want to miss for a delightful evening out.
