Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

Update 9/14/23 Had a call from Dillon general manager, apologized for how I was treated and asked if he gave us some free food, if we'd give them another shot. Taking corrective action with employees and I have decided to give them a third chance. It took guts to call and I respect that. Will put an update my star rating, if the next couple orders go well! Thanks Dillon.. it was good to know you care!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. These people are terrible and must employ every Flunkie in the greater Spokane area. After giving up my Domino's app, I called to order last week. Was told it would be 40 minutes and at 1 hour 10 minutes I called. Was told they were waiting on the driver. Needless to say it was cold when it arrived, at 1 hour 40 minutes after I ordered. When I called was told I would get 20 % off the next order. Called tonight, and they knew nothing of my 20%... once manager approved, I ordered wings and bread.. nothing fancy. It was wrong, not 1 ranch, which I specifically ordered..... but plenty of Marinara sauce, which I specifically said I did not want. I called and they hung up on me 3 times. This is the worst location, I can't even believe it. Do better, Jerks! Just do better. And get rid of the female manager.. she is worthless!! For real.. so sad that this is my local delivery place...Awful!!!! People of Newman Lake and Otis...

I didn't know I had a Domino's pizza location so close which is the reason I never took advantage of any carry out specials but the other day I decided to look into it after viewing an ad for a large 2 topping for $6.99 I found a store really close to me and it's a nice place where you can eat there. It was clean and not too busy. When I arrived I explained what I wanted and I even showed them the add but they didn't know anything about it said they didn't have any specials for that and the ad I showed them could have been old. I knew it wasn't but when no one in the store knew anything about it I ended up getting a large 3 topping for almost double the amount of the ad. I took the pizza home and when we sat down to eat it and were searching for a movie to watch while we ate another commercial for Domino's came on advertising that large 2 topping for $6.99! I couldn't even enjoy the pizza I got. I ate one piece of it. A few days later I'm chit chatting with a neighbor who mentioned she's going to get a pizza for dinner and I find out that she's went and got that special from Dominos twice already and never...

I came in there on Friday 5.16.25. There was a really nice older gentleman in there. I ordered four pizzas. I only had $100 bill I was gonna have $67 change. The guy called him over a tall black haired kid to get some more 20s and the kid came over and said we don’t have change you can’t get your pizza. The older gentleman was really nice when I called to find out who the black haired kid was young man. They told me they couldn’t give out any names. The pizza was great, but that guy in there was very rude. It’s not very nice and he was very rude to the old man in there too that sad and broke my heart, and he just had terrible customer service.
