If I could post 0 stars I would. Joe Biden has better approval ratings and voter confidence than this place. We have ordered from this location for a long time and we never had an issue, but clearly with the budget cuts, staff training was the first thing to go. We ordered delivery last Sunday and our pizza showed up as a pile of something that use to be a pizza. If you've seen Spaceballs, think Pizza the hutt. Had to drive to the store, show what the pizza looked like, and talk to 4 different people to have it remade. Got home only to find out they remade it incorrectly. My fault for not checking before I left. They admitted they looked at the pizza I brought in, and not the receipt, when remaking it and couldn't tell what we had ordered by looking at it. We ordered delivery again today hoping it would be better, but no success. One of our items was the 32 piece parmesan bread bites. It arrived on time, hot and fresh, but that was the end of anything satisfying about the bites. Unfortunately it had no garlic sauce or parmesan. Just a box of plain fried bread. I called to explain the mistake they had made once again and was told delivery would be at least an hour, and if I picked it up myself would be 30 min or more. This location didn't just go downhill, it hit rock bottom and started digging. If I had to guess winning lottery numbers or a correct food order from this location, I'd have better odds with lottery numbers. Usually I get an email from Domino's asking about my experience, but nothing this time. That's why I resorted to Google Reviews. Read moreSo check this out. On 2/16 the entire stores ordering system shut down. I waited over an hour to finally getting my pizzas, this was after I called once, sent my husband in once, then finally going in myself to wait until our order was made.
Once our pizzas were made, an employee by the name Ella came over and apologized multiple times which of course I appreciated. She also stated they would replace the 5 pizzas and tossed in a dessert for the next time we wanted to order. Plus they had already owed us a pizza from December. In total they owed us 6 pizzas.
I called tonight to order those 6 they owed us. I was told over the phone that there were no 6 pizzas in the system that they would replace. They would only replace the one from December along with the free dessert BUT would not replace the 5 pizzas, instead said we could have 50% off.
I asked why their employee, Ella, told me they would replace them while watching her write it all down. The general manager, Vanessa, told who ever was on the phone with me that they would not replace the 5 pizzas promised but their employee, Ella.
I asked to speak to Vanessa since she is the general manager just to be told “Vanessa said if you have a complaint to do it online”, I asked why she wasn’t going to speak to me and was told she was busy.
This was by far the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. One, to not honor what was told to my by an employee who is still employed there, no apology from the general manager nor even speak to me to find a resolution, plus waiting over an hour on 2/16 for pizzas.

Read moreI ordered two pizzas and a 2 L soda last night and I was charged on my debit card that I used $13.76 and I know Pizza I waited in their parking lot really carry out deal for over an hour and 10 minutes then went inside to ask what it could be the possible outcome in which I had assumed that the text enabled update was for some reason not in sync with my pizza and prepped and cooked and told me that it was done y'all come with no pizza was made and they had refunded my money but I will they redid my order and then it came out to $17.87 in which I was told an employee discount was in place for me and I am not an employee I believe that's fraudulent I don't know how many people have gotten this employee discount it's embezzlement from the company in my own opinion seriously speaking that's being said no pizza was obtained and I still have a charge on my card which I am now currently challenging with my bank and it was more complicated than ever trying to get food that was hot ordered for all four kiddos in which ended up making something at home which took longer and very untimely Domino's I would let the rate you less than a star to be honest this is more than one occasion of this happened to me but in the long run I have at least received what a few pizzas that were delicious Beyond price range starting to wonder to other businesses that actually are honest and care about their customers like Papa John's or Pizza Hut or even Pizza Pipeline I would not recommend Domino's to my friends or my family or even my worst enemy if I had...
