I love this place and these ladies! I feel so awful I haven’t asked all their names, but I do remember how wonderful Sailin (I believe is how it’s spelt?) was an absolute joy. All the ladies here are incredibly sweet to me every time I come up before work, they love my puppy Solo, and even remember my boyfriends drink AND my drink when he comes and gets it for me! Their service is superb and the drinks are always yummy, and they always indulge my sweet tooth, even when their line is long. I will miss these ladies when I move away to Arizona next month! Fast smiley service and good coffee! We are here literally every weekday due to my husband's addiction to a certain latte. I may review a rehab center next if he can't cut back, lol. Jacob's Java is willing to modify or build any drink you want, and all of it tastes good. I have visited their stores north, south, valley and Airway Heights. (They might have others additionally, but I haven't been to them). Why is 0 stars not an option? I just had the worst blended coffee ever served to me by an annoying blonde chick that seemed to only be there to flirt with the guy at the other window. My business there seemed obsolete to her. The coffee had a horrible taste that made me involuntarily gag a bit, my "blended vanilla/cinnamon" had the consistency of something blended then left in the sun for an hour. Seems trivial, yet relevant, to also mention I asked for whip on that drink and the kids hot chocolate and didn't get any on either. Never again...
