Villas Pizzeria and Grill — Restaurant in Spotsylvania Courthouse

We were long time patrons of Dannys pizza which used to be in this location. We were bummed when they disappeared out of thin air and hesitant to try Villas in its place. I don't know why we waited so long because the food was absolutely delicious! We had a basic cheese pizza that was cooked to perfection. I don't know what their cheese blend is, but it's amazing. We also enjoyed their steak pizza, as well as their sausage and pepperoni pizza. The Caesar salad was large and extremely fresh, right down to the croutons. The mozzarella sticks were large and very tasty. My husband and I also ordered their wings in mild and mango habanero. The wings were large, meaty, and flavorful. I also very much appreciated that whoever took my order over the phone repeated it back to me to confirm without me even asking her to. The delivery was super prompt as well. Within 30 minutes. We're so pleased to have this place right down the road....

Somewhat thin-crust pizza, unless you go for a sicillian-style option. Plentiful toppings and delicious sauce. The mozzarella is of a sort that easily stays stringy and melted if the pizza is placed in the oven to keep warm once brought home.

The personnel behind the counter are always polite and friendly. While they don't push their specials and deals on the customer, they keep a hawk-eye on if your order could be qualifying for a great deal with just one or two tweaks, and will inform in that case.

Seating for waiting customers is generous and comfortable, and something about how the kitchen is designed wafts the cooking scents forward to appetize even the least hungry person. Not certain I would recommend dining in, but the wait for taking out is very pleasant.

My husband and I stop here for lunch. As always my husband never knows what he wants to eat!! Drives me crazy, but the friendly lady at the counter was very helpful. She suggested a few options for us. We went with the spinach artichoke dip and the chicken carbonara pasta. Definitely recommend! The bread that comes with the dip are sooo good!! The pasta was drenched in sauce just how my husband likes it. I'm definitely coming back to try other meals.The restaurant is clean and the lady behind the counter is super friendly...
