This place has potential, and am hoping it improves in the future. Prices were hefty for the servings we were given. The girl at the front did not understand what I was saying when reading off the name of a flavor, had to repeat my order 3 times and the girl was not pleasant about it. Notes: If you are going to clearly advertise on your sign that a Single is 2 scoops, make sure your staff knows that. I ordered a single and got a baby, which I would never be able to justify spending $4.25 on. Also, consider offering a discounted price on soft serve while your employees are training, or offer to put it in a bowl for the customer if they are struggling. So happy this ice cream location is back open. They don't have a huge selection of different sundaes on the menu, but if there is something specific you want and they have the toppings to make it, they do their best to accommodate. Very friendly staff. Really nice seating area. They even have some goats that you can look at, which by the way are super cute, especially the little baby goats. This ice cream shop is an absolute gem and is a stellar find in Michigan everyone should detour to at some time to experience. Seriously, this place needs to be in every Michigan summer magazine and website. The ice cream flavors are unique and delicious. Super affordable too. The place looks clean, and they provide complementary hand sanitizer. Their outside seating area is super comfortable and spacious. Also, GOATS!! They have goats you can buy feed for. Kids loved it....
