Nate's Valley Freeze & BBQ (Ice Cream & Casual Foods) — Restaurant in Spring Township

Update - Went April 4th 2025 and had the hot fudge cake . They raised the price from 5.00 and something up to 7.00 and something… but this day they had a sign up at the window saying the hot fudge cake was 6.08 on special . Well , I ordered it and I got a little tiny cup of extra fudge and I was charged 8.03 . How is that possible ? The hot fudge cake was not even cake . It was flat hard dried out brownie ! It says hot fudge CAKE - C A K E ! The picture I posted was summer of 2024 . It was good . I didn’t take a photo of this one which I should have . It was all pretty much ice cream , hardly any fudge and not any real cake . Very very disappointing . Very ugly looking too . Not sure if I will go back . All prices went up and it’s very high for what you get .

Used to be , but not now ! The BEST hot fudge cake ever ! I’m going back today for another . My mom said the bbq brisket sandwich was delicious !!! Good prices...

How this crabby owner stays in business is beyond me. She was rude to a little league coach that was trying to carry on an age old tradition of rewarding his team with ice cream. She stated she needed a heads up when teams were going to be stopping by. It's called being in business, there are busy times and slow times. It's a team of 8-10 kids all getting cones. Why is it so difficult?

Loved this place when I was growing up but under new ownership I say...

will never order food again - Philly cheese steak was just a sandwich for 8.75, cauliflower order was all burnt 5.30, fresh cut fries were minimal 6.50 , Rausher's Famous was good , ordered a med. Flurry(got a small) - If you want your monies worth go to McD, BK, Subway or any restaurant - I will order ice cream from now on but nothing else. Cost us $37.00 - we could have ate a decent meal at Cracker Barrel for $37.00 - Gave them a try and...
